The Card Zoo Avis 

I ordered a card on quite short notice and was nervous whether this would arrive in time. I called up to speak to a member of staff to advise my best options. They guided me how to order and we're very polite and helpful.

The card arrived on time and I will 100% be ordering again and would highly recommend.

So bad. I bought a card for my daughter’s birthday. On the website the card said “any name” which obviously gets replaced with the name you want. I sent my daughter’s name for the card. I paid £6 extra to get the faster delivery. I got it a day before her birthday. Luckily I opened it the night before and I couldn’t believe it still said “any name” at the top, and my daughter’s name randomly inside the card. I was really upset. So I had to get the tipp ex and try to fix it. Then it just looked a mess. I wrote them an email and it took 4 days to get a response. All they said was that it was a printing error. No sorry or anything. Something so simple as to print 1 name on the top of the card and considering that is what the business is about. They couldn’t even do that right. Please think before buying from them. I’m sure plenty of other websites will do 100% better job. And what made me more upset is the fact they weren’t even bothered.

I bought a personalised night light for my son paw patrol one it doesn't even clip in together u have to place it on the side and hope that the wind don't blow the top off don't buy save yourself and your child the disappointment

Ordered and it arrived promptly and was brilliant quality. Customer service sent me a proof and also called me to check I was 100% happy before they went ahead and printed. They were very attentive and very friendly. Would order again 100% :-)

Ordered a card for a 100th Birthday 1924-2024.

INCORRECT INFORMATION on the card- references to 1908, 1962 and 1916 -NOT 1924. Quick delivery. Good presentation. It's TOTALLY Rubbish content. Upon complaint, I was issued with a full refund.

Honestly brilliant company. I ordered a personalised gift box with an image on it (the Peter Rabbit one for babies) and it arrived SO quickly! I was shocked, especially for a personalised item it was so speedy coming to me, and it looked brilliant. The quality was fab and the way it was packaged ensured it was kept safe and secure and no risk of damage at all. Can definitely trust this company. Fab stuff.

This is a great card company ,no hassles & fast delivery. To have dinosaur cards with "Andy dinosaur adventures " on & to personalize too for the children to treasure is fantastic .Would highly recommend this value for money company .

I ordered a card for my daughter's birthday it was the one from the year she was born with her name on the front.I didn't want anything to be put inside as I wanted to write it myself after recieving the card day late opened it the front was fine but opening the card up it says To Allana have the best birthday love mum Dave and tom cat ...My daughter is called Gemma and there is no one I know called Dave .so that spoilt her birthday. So no I wouldn't order from card zoo again !

What a fabulous card. I was looking for something connected to Chess as my granddaughter has taken an interest in the game. I found a super one on the Card Zoo, and not only a great card but I was able to personalize it as well. I was looking for months for a suitable card to no avail, and up pops Card Zoo. Looks like I will be buying from them again. Thank you so much

Ordered at beginning of dec for Christmas
Now the 22nd of January and still haven’t received very poor service avoid !!!!!

Do not order from this company . I ordered a card over 6 days ago on the 11th Jan , today via the 16th and still not arrived . I wish I read the poor reviews before ordering . I’ve ordered from other competitors numerous times and never had an issue with the lead times . AVOID

I ordered a personalised banner but hadnt realised that I had failed to upload the photo. I was contacted straight away by customer services and was able to email the picture to them as an attachment. The banner arrived the next morning. I was really pleased with the speed the order was dealt with, the customer service and the quality of the product.

I will definitely be using them again and I happy to recommend them.

Absolutely love these guys, ordered 16th invites for my daughters party, only have upload for 1 pic, managed to collate images I wanted on pic collage & left a not to ask if we could have both images split separately, had our preview through & they did just this ! Super helpful, super quick & absolutely amazing quality.
Highly recommend them !

Ordered a birthday card and some bunting. The card was good. But the bunting said it came with ribbon so you can hang the bunting but there was none supplied. I tried to contact the company to see if they could send it out as I needed it to hang the bunting but I had no response from them so ended up paying £10 for bunting i cannot use.
I will not use this company again.
