I was concerned about measuring to get the right fit but the large selection of hut tub brands and models made it easy to find my tub and get the right fit. Only a minute to confirm the measurements that they automatically had on file. It fit like a glove and looks great.

Helpful on-line answering questions prior to ordering. Wedsite easy to navigate and see options available. Delivery time was as explained when order was processed. Very happy with product, quality and was only one I could find to match our hot tub shape and size. Upgrade the interiopr shell liner.

Did not receive the cover cap I ordered and only after many emails I learned it was no longer being sold. I was encouraged to take a lesser quality one that after 2-3 weeks has yet to arrive.

The spa cover for which I paid a premium price was of far lesser quality than my old one and I fear it will not hold up well after a couple of seasons. This was the 4th or 5th cover I’ve ordered over the years and definitely the flimsiest and worst quality.

First off the free delivery that was advertised wasn’t free they asked for more money a week after the order was placed and also haven’t even received yet not sure why your asking for a review.

The quality of product is absolutely fantastic, and much better than I was expecting. It is a huge improvement on the cover that came with the tub when first purchased.
I will recommend the Cover Brothers to all my hot tub owning friends.

Cover was received in a timely manner, but had a missing part. One of the drain holes located on the underside did not have a grommet like the other holes. Called customer service to inform them what I found. I was not offered any remedy and no apology for the miss in quality check. Would have made me feel better at least. Hopefully, the cover lasts as long as they advertise.
