The company was very good to deal with. However, the cover that we bought was specific for our hot tub and the fit is not great. I worry that the gaps will cause heat leaks in the winter. And the skirt is not fitting as well as I feel it should.

wrong discount code was applied. instead of contacting us to fix, you took my payment, cancelled the order and did ... NOTHING! didnt reach out ... didnt start the order and it only got addressed because WE called you. Terrible service

The handles were placed in wrong positions

I ordered wrong cover wich was my fault, production had started but they changed it to accommodate.
Quality of lid is excellent.
Could call and speak to a person about order.
Would highly recommend.

Showed up ripped. Then a new one delivered way after date that we were told and now the hot tub cover is way too big after doing proper measurements. The material is cheap and will not stand up to the weather we will be getting in the winter.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I put in an order and paid the extra $50 for a rush order, then the company wrote me and said I owed another $150 even though their website never quoted that, for rush shipping. I asked how long normal shipping would be and they said 4-5 business days, so I didn't think I would need a rush. I wrote them a month later as I had not received my order and they said human error had occurred and they forgot to put in my order. Now, they cannot tell me when my order will come as they don't know. Save yourself the headache and go with another company that will actually get you your cover.

Where there needs to needs to be improvement is the time line. Four weeks to get product and shipping was very slow.

I was concerned about measuring to get the right fit but the large selection of hut tub brands and models made it easy to find my tub and get the right fit. Only a minute to confirm the measurements that they automatically had on file. It fit like a glove and looks great.
