Swim spa cover
Mike was incredibly helpful throughout the process. It started as a basic quote inquiry but Mike quickly demonstrated a willingness to help, offering the opportunity to visit their showroom to see their covers in person.

I purchased a cover for my Hot Springs…
I purchased a cover for my Hot Springs Hot tub two winters ago. It was a good price and it holding up to the elements great. The material is not fading much at all either. Great product.

“BEST COVER I HAD IN 10 YEARS”
I dealt with the hot tub cover that came with the hot tub for five years. Replaced it with the identical cover I had what a big mistake! Once again, the cover became very heavy after filling up with water. It had Styrofoam in between the layers of leather one side of the hot tub cover became very hard to lift. I was unable to lift it anymore by myself then I went to a hot tub pool place in Windsor and I saw this cover that was feather light. I found out that Cover Brothers make a cover that light that fits your hot tub like a glove. I also, purchased a black rain and snow protective cover with elastic corners that fits over my other cover to protect it from the winter elements. It didn’t take long for them to make my new hot tub cover and had it shipped to my home. Best of all Cover Brothers is a Canadian Company!

Deluxe 5-3" Tapered Cover w/ Some Defects
Ordered the deluxe 5-3" taper cover as a replacement. The overall quality is holding up, but the inner construction is questionable. The cover has developed depressions on one side that pool water rather than shedding as would be expected of a tapered cover. The various pieces of the cover are also clearly visible as they taper in/out. These defects haven't seemingly affected the waterproofness to date, but only time will tell.

well made well thought out out spa cover
th cover fit perfectly and we were able to add options that we wanted it came in a timely manner if i were to do anything different i would have added two handles on either side side close to the end that is lifted up so we could lift it from the side easier rather than from the front
