I had a great experience with Cover…
I had a great experience with Cover Brothers. I made a mistake on my end and approved the wrong measurement for a custom hot tub cover. When I reached out, their team went above and beyond to help me get everything sorted out.
The level of customer service was exceptional, and they handled the situation with professionalism and genuine care. They’ve absolutely earned a customer for life. We manage over 70 properties, and anytime we need a hot tub cover going forward, Cover Brothers will be our go-to.
Highly recommend them - especially for a company that stands behind its customers when something doesn’t go according to plan.

Perfect Fit and Excellent Customer Service!
We had an excellent experience with The Cover Brothers! We ordered a new hot tub cover and it fits our hot tub perfectly. The entire process was easy, and our cover was made, shipped and received within two weeks of placing the order.
We also really appreciate that their covers are made right here in Canada. 🇨🇦 The customer service was excellent from start to finish, and we are extremely happy with the quality and fit of our new cover.
We would definitely recommend The Cover Brothers to anyone looking for a quality hot tub cover and great customer service!

Thankfully the cover we ordered fit and seems like it's good quality. My only "complaint" is that it took over a month and a half to get to our house after ordering it.

Great service and well built products
I've purchased a few things so far... one was an elastic edge cover protector and a new cover as well. The staff provided me with the details needed to ensure I had my new cover built specifically for my Arctic Spa tub. The fact they make the covers at a local factory and they use sealed-foam, this is one of the best covers you can buy. Also, I can confirm the build quality is the best of any of the previous 3 cover's I've owned!

It’s a great cover
It’s a great cover , I think the best one yet. I won’t know for a few years how good it is tho. Every cover up till now soaked up water and became heavier and heavier so we’ll see how this one fairs but very happy so far
