Selection of mugs ordered
One of the mugs I’d ordered wasn’t available and I received a phone call to suggest an alternative. This I accepted and my parcel was received a day or so later very well packed to ensure no breakages. Would definitely use Crock again

Great attention to a very small order
Crock Ltd telephoned me to check exactly what it was I wanted; considering it was such a small order, I was doubly impressed.

2 snack size trays in lovely pastel colours …
I ordered 2 small sized trays from The Crock. Ordering on line was easy, & I was able to choose the colours in lovely pastel shades.
Delivery was very quick, & they are just what I was looking for. They are big enough to put a cereal bowl on, or snacks for ourselves or our young grandson.

Mine was only a small order(2 Mugs) unfortunately one of my choice was out of stock. I had a very friendly call from James asking if I would like to make another choice, I invited him to choose an alternative for me , the order arrived arrived two days later. Great service !

Slightly disappointed as the mug tree was not exactly as advertised. I had ordered it to match others I own.

I hope you are well, Firstly once again our apologies that you are unhappy with your product.
Further to our email last week I have been in contact with Apollo directly and have been advised that the stamp you were expecting on the top of your item has been removed from the full beech range of products, so to keep cost down.
Obviously manufacturing changes like this are out of our control but we will update our images on our website for relevant products.
If you would like to return the product I am more than happy to arrange a returns label to be emailed to you?
