Emma Spencer :)

Always so speedy :) and great customer service after i was worried about my film getting lost by Royal Mail. Thank you!! - Sarah Terry

Amazing as always! very quick and incredible image quality

Great, clear customer service and the pictures came even sooner than promised!

So helpful thank you so much!
Had a couple complications on my side but they were so happy to help and sort it out for me! Thank you!

Have developed my films with them for 2 years now. It's always a very easy and pleasant process. I especially like their loyalty points system and the film development and new film bundle. I will definitely recommend them!!

The developing and scanning service is better value and faster than others I have tried. Can't wait to use the service again.

Great service! I sent my film off and within 8 days I have received a Dropbox link with my images. They look great. So fun to see you holiday photos on film rather than on your phone for once. Will definately use The Film Safe again.

Great service, quick high quality results. Only complaint is that they did not return the negatives to us. -Kate Cooper

This was my first time using The Film Safe, but when I sent off my film to them, I already knew it was going into safe hands! I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and the turnaround time was incredible too considering I sent them 5 rolls! Cannot wait to use this service again 😊

The Film Safe is a brilliant business with well priced services you can navigate through a simple website! They publish magazines and have a well curated Social media presence where they share all your work (should you please to show it there)! The scanning quality is fine even at their "standard quality" and they don't over-charge for pushing film (which is a big deal)
However I would recommend for the professional film user that they might find a different kind of service, where they'll have access to the FULL range of development and scanning types -including Slide Film development, and all sorts of scanning formats (such as LOG scans) on premium scanning equipment.
If that's a little over-kill you might only look to find a better scanning service for the simple reason that there's more than a 60% chance they might get you back your scans when they say they will! I get that this is a bit of a picky complaint but the way I see it is there's only a small line between casual and professional, and Film and Film Development services are sparse!
The Film Safe is a new business and I'm sure they'll eventually get round to improving on at least some of these fronts! It's still well worth a shot to discover this business though, I've often been surprised at what they can come out with.

On the whole an extremely Good business!

A friendly and professional lab. Very quick turnaround times!

Quick turnaround, good communication at each step, and good quality scans!

Great film development service! They communicate when they've received your film which is great, and something I've struggled with in the past, but I highly recommend Film Safe. Amazing quality too! Thanks so much.

The photos came out amazing! The service was fast friendly and reliable. Ordered same day turnaround and was not disappointed! Will definitely be using this again.

I’ve used The Film Safe for some time now and I can hand on heart say I’ve never experienced such good service from a business. When first getting into film they helped with any questions I had or tips to improve and always took the time to go out of their way where they can. Jack, Hope and the dogs are always warm and friendly, and when dropping film in you immediately feel welcome. The service they offer is fast, informative and professional with quality throughout. Being updated on when your film should be ready to view straight away gives you an immediate build up to the day and provides you with a personalised feeling. The development itself is amazing and I can safely say that when receiving these latest rolls, for the first time in my very short amateur film hobby, have I felt like I’ve captured something that could be deemed as creative or artistic. Something I've always wanted to be and something which wouldn’t have been possible without The Film Safe.

Always great service from these guys, never had an issue with order / delivery. Have made the experience of starting and getting familiar with 35mm film very enjoyable!

Quick, helpful and great outcome.
