THE FITNESS GROUP Avis

I recently attended the Reformer Pilates course in London, and I honestly couldn't recommend it highly enough. Our tutor, Lorena, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, patient and supportive throughout the entire course.

Lorena had a brilliant way of explaining everything, making even the more challenging exercises and techniques easy to understand. Her clear demonstrations, attention to detail and ability to break down each movement really helped build my confidence and understanding.

She created such a positive, welcoming and encouraging learning environment, making the whole experience both enjoyable and rewarding. I came away feeling inspired, much more confident and excited to put everything I had learnt into practice.

A huge thank you to Lorena for being such an amazing tutor. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to move into Reformer.

I've had Lorena as my tutor for both Mat + Reformer Pilates and she's been fantastic! Always responds to my questions quickly, and has been really helpful during the training days, demonstrating and teaching the moves clearly and effectively. Great experience!

Jodie is great! Friendly, professional and really helpful with everything can tell she is very dedicated to her work.

Unfortunately I have not had a very good experience with The Fitness Group. I started the course in June and have since had three different Tutors. I have found that the material often lacks a level of professionalism, including the video on the portal that had a member of staff swearing and then restarting the lecture from the start. Booked my practical assessment for the Level 2- they were quite happy to take my money- only to get a phone call from one of the members of staff called Ross to cancel with less than 48 hours notice. Ross assured me that he would come back to me with a new date and answer some of the concerns that I had and since then Ross seems to have disappeared of the face of the earth- just like my £97. It’s a shame as they promise so much but in reality fail to deliver. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this company!

Ricky and Lorena have been really helpful and fast at responding when I had questions for my pilates instructor course - the content is comprehensive and service has been amazing! Thank you so much

I have just completed my stage 1 reformer pilates course in Manchester with Evan. Evan is clearly very experienced within Pilates and guided the group throughout the course with his knowledge. I have come away from the course confident enough with the support given, that I can complete the remaining of my coursework and prepare for my reformer pilates assessment class. Thank you Evan

Just finished the first aid course, Dan was very patient and very helpful.

The course was very informative and Dan explained things very well.

Great course. Knowledgable tutor. Good mix of theory and practical.

I just completed the first aid course with Gary. He was very engaging and provided us with lots of information!

Gary was an excellent first aid instructor. He delivered the course in a calm, friendly and thorough manner, explaining everything clearly and making sure everyone felt confident. He always delivers with a smile, and I would highly recommend him.

Gary’s first aid course was fabulous! Very valuable and would highly recommend

Jessy was really helpful and even called me to clarify understanding. She summarised/explained the process really well and was able to answer all my questions. Thank you Jessy🙏

I want to personally say Megan was amazing and so helpful in kick-starting my soon to be career in the fitness industry.

Evan was a wonderful teacher and instantly put me at ease with his friendly manner. He explained everything very well and was so helpful and professional.

Great communication from Megan, she was a great help in finding me the right course.

I am proud to have completed my PT qualification with The Fitness Group. The tutors are resourceful and prompt whenever you need their help, from registration to learning and workshops. Everything was fun and seamless.

I feel ready to face clients with confidence. I can't forget to mention Jonathan — he was my first contact at The Fitness Group. His guidance was clear, and he is always available and ready to help. Cheers Jonathan!

bruno has made the inexperience positive for not just myself but everyone in the class. very informative and patient when explaining things to myself and others in the class. no complaints.

Bruno was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable on my courses. Great job.

I've recently completed my Level 2 gym management with the Fitness Group, doing the course at there facility in Glasgow. Bruno, my tutor, has been excellent through out this course, dealing with some difficult circumstances to deliver a quality course. He is very knowledgeable and really helped guide me through this course to a successful conclusion.

The experience has been enjoyable and informative and I feel like I have learned a lot so far on the course! Assessment criteria was clear and I feel as though I have received regular feedback which has allowed me to pass the level 2 course!
