Theft Stop Avis

I was very happy with the whole process from order to installation. The installation is very neat, the installer arrived on time and was polite and helpful. The lock is great, so easy to use and gives you the peace of mind that there is an extra level of security to stop the risk of the van being stolen.

A brilliant company installing brilliant vehicle security.
Jaro and his very professional team, are first class, they fitted my Bear lock perfectly and now I have real peace of mind that my van is safe.
Highly recommended.

Great service from the off communication could not have been better phoned 1hour before they arrived fast and clean work

Having researched and watched the YouTube videos on Bearlock I decided to get one fitted to my new van and contacted Theftstop.
A very pleasant and professional service throughout. Jaro fully explained how the lock works and fully answered the questions I had.
Martin was the installer on the day and again was very professional and thorough. Very pleased with the result.
It was a 550 mile / 10hr round trip for me but it was worth it and I would recommend Theftstop without question.

They are really nice professional people to deal with.We are very pleased.

Andrej called prior to installation to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. Andrej was friendly, knowledgeable and tidy. He completed the installation in good time, explained everything to me and left the camper in a clean & tidy condition. I'd also like to say thank you to Jaro, for ease of booking this installation. Excellent service and top quality product.

What a real pleasure to deal with these folks. Promt and accurate communication and device fitted ahead of schedule. Very impressed - just hope we never need to put it to the ultimate test!

Excellent service, very pleasant member of staff Andrei, kept us up to date with progress throughout the day, very professional and would recommend Theft Stop to anyone considering a Bear Lock.

A great bit of kit. Fitted at home by Andrej who was really professional and friendly. Lock is quick & easy to engage/disengage. Highly recommended.

Very good and quick service

Brilliant service at every level.
Lock on my crafter looks really sleek and definitely gives peace of mind that it's secure

Just had the bear lock installed by Andrew he called when he was a hour away and turned up on time. He was very neat and tidy and left the van in a perfect condition.Great communication with the office too I would recommend them to anyone who wants to protect their vehicle

good communication when they were delayed in heavy traffic , worked till late to get it fitted and did a great job, and still took the time to fully explain the operating of the lock to me.

Excellent service from initial quote, all communication, even me changing venue and especially on day of installation. Really great customer service and very happy to recommend!

The engineer called the day before confirming details, turned up on time. Carried out work and was polite.

Andrej came and fitted at my home, arrived spot on arranged time. Clean, tidy and an excellent job. Would highly recommend them. Thankyou 👍👏

Communication was excellent leading upto the installation. They are very knowledgeable with the product and everything related to it. The attention to detail and the desire to keep the customer (me) happy was.... just perfect. If all companies behaved like this then the world would be so much better. I would have no hesitation in recommending Theft Stop to anyone. It's not often you get perfect service but this is one of those occasions. I am so glad I chose them for helping secure my investment.

What a great company to deal with, fantastic communication from initial enquiry to the finished installation on my T6 camper which was organised in conjunction with the Bodyshop whilst I was away on holiday
Many thanks Jaro and Martin

From the time of booking our appointment for the company to come and fit the lock to our van they kept in contact with us even offering us earlier date to the one we had booked. The guy who came to fit the lock kept us informed of his arrival time to do the job on the day, he was very professional, polite, efficient, from start to finish it took approx one hour. Definately recommend this company

Great service, great communication, cannot fault them, would definitely recommend.
