Theft Stop Avis

Under the seat safe for Fiat Ducato Motorhome, fitted in about 30mins start to finish, fits like a glove. Excellent support, great service and speedy responses and what looks like an excellent product, feels very secure and at last somewhere safe to leave valuables. Highly recommended.

Recently had a Bear lock ‘transmission immobiliser’ fitted on my VW T6 by Andre. This is one of the best businesses I’ve had dealings with that I can think of from enquiring about the product, arranging the work, and completing the installation, along with all the associated admin. Very polite and professional, great bloke, quality job, roughly an hour. Highly recommended. Thanks Andre.

Fitted the under seat safe to my van. Works well very happy.

Great product fitted nice and tidy.
Good communication throughout the process from order to fitting.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

From the initial contact to the end of the install, Andre was very informative and professional. I would highly recommend Theft Stop Ltd. Just another layer of protection for our motor home.

Very good service brilliant product Bear Lock highly recommend very polite and professional staff

I contacted Jaro in theft shop as I wanted the same system bear lock as he fitted to my VW T5. Unfortunately my 2019 Crafter being new shape and right hand drive the lock had not yet been developed. However Jaro offered a solution I could drive to the factory in Poland and the engineers would develop the new lock and fit it in my van free of charge. Jaro also booked us into a lovely hotel in Poznan for 5 days whilst the work was completed. The trip over was relatively without problems however the van developed a very pronounced brake squeal that was getting increasingly worse. Jaro had phoned to ensure everything was okay and when I explained about the brakes he said he would ask the engineers to take a look. The work was completed in 5 days to an excellent standard and the brakes were fixed also. All in all a great service and enjoyable week in one of Polands lovely old cities. My thanks to Jaro for arranging the work and to Michael and the team in Poznan for delivering an excellent product.

Organised months in advance, got in touch shortly before the due date to ensure all was still well, arrived, job done efficiently, very tidy, Martin was friendly and professional. Definitely recommend.

Travelled to Walsall in my motor home where Andrej fitted my new under seat safe. All done very quickly and professionally in about half an hour.

Very professional.
Whole experience from start to finish was brilliant

Really great communication, we recently purchased a motorhome it had no security other than wheel and steering locks which we purchased after some research we decided to get a Bear Lock Andre fitted us into his schedule and completed a neat and tidy job we are very happy .

Fast, friendly and efficient. No mess great job. Recommend to all.

As a returning customer I was not surprised with the excellent customer service I received, both from Jaro when booking and from Andrej with the installation. These guys are so professional and yet very friendly and courteous at the same time. Just had another Bear Lock fitted, this time to my new VW T6.1 T30 Transporter and I have no qualms about recommending the product, the company and especially the staff. Well done Theft Stop UK.

Excellent service, friendly and efficient. Theft stop working well giving peace of mind.
Easy to use. Would recommend to anyone with motorhome or van

I had a Bear Lock and Safe fitted to my Peugeot Boxer Motor Home a few weeks ago at Theft Stop location in Walsall. Overall from ordering the products in the autumn of last year and arranging the items to be fitted at my convienence the experiance was excellent and the attention to detail and customer service was also excellent. I would highly recommend Andre for his skills and Theft Stop as a company they did such a fantastic job.
