Theft Stop Avis

Jairo very polite and professional. However on completion he informed us we have a lot of play in the gear selecter. We had to be very gentle when engaging and disengaging the bear lock. Result it is unnerving especially when disengaging the lock as each time it takes several attempts to release the lock. This is very unsettling and we are worried that the lock may not release leaving us stranded. Perhaps in future you could do a pre inspection prior to fitting.
If the installation did not go ahead following the fitters advice It would not be unreasonable to charge an inspection fee,

Great service and great product allowing piece of mind whilst leaving the vehicle secured. Highly recommended. Very friendly staff

Had a Bear Lock fitted to our VW Transporter by Theft Stop. The Bear Lock is easy to use and provides another level of security. Communication was excellent from Andre, who also dealt with the installation. He was very professional and provided a clean install. Took just over an hour to install, super easy process. I would recommend Theft Stop to install a Bear Lock to your vehicle.

Fantastic from start to finish. A few owners on T6 forum had this fitted and a friend from Poland highly recommended the Bear Lock. Jaro was super fast answering my enquiry, paid my deposit and was in regular contact with Andrej to come and fit this at my home. Andrej was super helpful, wrapped the steering in plastic, took exceptional care and removed and refitted all trims perfectly. Explained how the Bear Lock works and I was super impressed with the install, professionalism of Jaro and Andrej and would highly recommend Bear-Lock aka Theft Shop to anyone serious about securing their vehicle. AAAA****

Second time using this company 💯 quality clean job order it on a Sunday fitted on my t6.1 on Tuesday

Top class service from a top class company

A 2 hour fitting process and you're van literally becomes un-nickable unless they can reverse it to a chop shop without anyone noticing they're driving backwards. No need for bulky, expensive, heavy steering wheel or pedal locks.

Great service from a great team. Easy to make initial contact and book in for a lock to be fitted. Kept informed as needed. Job was completed efficiently and with care.

Great service from beginning to end.
Wanted a Gearbox lock fitted to my Fiat Ducato Campervan for some time now.
Stumbled apon these guys at a Dubbedout festival.Just by sheer chance. So got booked in and they done it while I was there.
Total 100% satisfied with everything.
Would highly recommend

Thank you, what a fantastic service from start to finish, Jaro and Rachel from the initial booking to Martin fitting it, very smooth and professional job, and fully explained, definitely recommend getting one fitted so easy to use compared to others.

I bought the Bear Lock at the Dubbed Out Festival on the Saturday morning and Martin came and fitted it the next morning on the campsite. Really friendly and helpful staff, Martin took such care our van, wrapping anything that may get damaged with plastic to protect it.

They are fast and professional, 100% recommend

This is the second bear lock we’ve had installed. When we bought a new van the first security feature we added was a bear lock, the peace of mind is worth the price. Jaro and team are super friendly and helpful during the whole process.

I enquired by email on Monday and they replied immediately and once everything was confirmed they visited me at my address today and fitted. Very happy with the product and the service.

Genuinely happy. I was away for the day so did not get to see Andrej do the install, however the wife has told me how professional, clean and friendly he was. Zero damage, or marks anywhere. Spoke on the phone before and after install. Really nice - and knowledgeable. Peace of mind when parking the camper-van now, which is exactly what I was after. Thank you!

Come, hot on with the job, fitted quickly and with out any damage and no mess !
Nice guy polite and knowledgeable about product.

This is the second time of using this company their customer service is very good. I was informed of every step of replacing the lock following theft of keys.
Day of change was straightforward and respect of vehicle was a top priority all left clean and tidy.
I would recommend this company.

100% recommended. Communication response updates and quality work. Very very simple transaction great service. Thank you

I’m so pleased I found this great company Theft Stop to fit the superb security bear lock to my VW T6 camper van, found the information on enquiring to the day of fitting a superb experience, Jaro and he’s team certainly know the importance of having a quality lock fitted to your vehicle, traveled to Marcin’s who was very professional, tidy and fully explained everything once the lock was installed, I feel a lot happier now to leave my camper knowing it’s secure. Would definitely recommend Theft Stop 100%
Mr Mitchell

What an absolutely fantastic team to deal with. I initially thought the Bear lock was expensive, but once fitted its worth every penny for piece of mind and a great deterrent for would-be vehicle thieves. The service from the Left Shop is of the highest standard, from initial communication, to the 5 star installation service. I cant emphasize enough what a professional organisation.
