Not Grade A balls
Ordered 6 balls. They were supposed to be grade A quality. Sadly 3 of the 6 were only fit for the practice bag, the 4th only fit for a practice round. Third time I've ordered and this is the first time I've had these issues..

Réponse de The Golf Ball Guys
Hi Andrew,
I'm gutted to hear 4 of your balls aren't up to standard! As a small business reviews are a huge deal and it's a bit frustrating you didn't contact us first to sort your issue out rather than just posting the review. Like your review says this is your 3rd order with us and you've been happy with the first 2 so the review should be based on the first 2 orders and how we deal with this one but unfortunately we didn't get the opportunity to sort it out before you posted the review.
I will give you an email to sort it out for you.
Cheers
Ash

Purchased 12 grade A pro v1x.
1 out of the dozen had a bad mark, definitely not grade A. But happy with the rest. Quick delivery, good price, shame about the one ball but I would give the benefit of the doubt and order again.
