Morgan Young is definitely a GOOD Estate agent. I was very lucky to have had Morag recommended to me. I live in Canada and needed to put a property in Ashford, Kent, UK on the market during the pandemic. Morag in UK took the task at hand and did such an excellent job. We only met through email and corresponded via email the entire time and she treated me like a close good friend would. Morag went way above and beyond what one would expect from a realtor. Because I live so far away and with restrictions in place, I am unable to fly back to UK to empty out all the furnitures and household things I left inside the property when the sale was almost finalized. Morag was so kind to arrange the donation of the furniture, packing, moving and storing of all the rest of the household items I wanted to keep. She personally had to pack and haul a lot more of the items to the storage (which she also arranged for me) with the help of her son using her personal vehicle. You may not get another real estate agent like Morag! She made sure that everything was to my satisfaction and ensured to send pictures of the property as well.
Morag Young is very professional, diligent and is very much an amazing real estate agent!

Michelle Ferbrache visited, told me I should increase my asking price by £200 pcm, and had the ideal tenants viewing and applying within 48 hours. Extremely "Good", I would say!

Not the service we expect from a good estate agent.

We booked for a viewing on their website, and we could not receive any confirmation emails/calls for the viewing. Then, all of a sudden, a phone call from an agent called us to say that we missed the viewing slot.

In the end, the agent said the appointments are not confirmed until approved. Then I wonder... why the first appointment was confirmed without a confirmation email...

Very ineffective communication. Think thrice before using their services.

I have been really impressed with the marvellous services received from Charley Christopher at The Good Estate Agent.

I had never heard of this estate agent in the past. The reason why I had chosen Charley was because other estate agents were not willing to help me look for lodgers as they were only interested in finding tenants for me.

Charley was very patient with me when I needed to change different rooms and different descriptions for each room a few times.

We had tried for two months and eventually I had to made a decision to move out myself in order to find a tenant instead.

As soon as the advert was changed, my property was let within 3 days.

I am extremely grateful to Charley and her team for their time, attention, understanding and tremendous help in every aspect of this letting.

I am more than happy to recommend Charley to my friends in the future.

After 18 months of searching and having viewed over 40 properties, I was pretty frustrated and beginning to feel as if I would never find somewhere to buy. Michael had it sewn up from viewing to offer accepted within 24 hours and he even sorted me out with a solicitor when mine was being slow! Professional and efficient service from beginning to end. Michael and his team come highly recommended!

Disappointed to say the least, after viewing a property I was told by “Gerald” I would be receiving the registration forms to fill in by 4.30pm that day , I text the company and Gerald and they had no decency to contact me back to even at least let me know that they wouldn’t be sending me the forms or that I’d been unsuccessful … so unfortunately for me it’s “the not so good estate agent”

Full points for Michelle Smith; very professional but also ready to go the extra mile in securing a good tenant and helping with everything involved. Would warmly recommend The Good Estate Agent's services!

Simeon Rains rang me on a Sunday morning shortly after I subscribed to a mailing list, and showed me a property right away which turned out to be the one. Friendly, reliable and approachable, he never failed to either pick up the phone or ring back and helpfully acted as an intermediary between me and my vendor's slow solicitor! He helped make the whole experience a little less stressful.

He asked us lots of questions about the property to properly understand what people would be buying, and then targeted it to those who he thought would be interested. It worked, as the next thing we knew we had received an offer. Tom is very professional and works hard to understand what is required from all parties. I would definitely recommend this agency.
