Excellent service
First contact was with Steve who was working the online help desk. I explained the I had changed my reg plate on my new car.
Steve was very helpful and said that he would change my registration number and then I could proceed with finalising my insurance, however this didn’t work so I rang the number provided but the office had closed!
I didn’t leave a message but I was contacted first thing Monday morning and I explained to the lady what had happened. I left it with her and within 10 mins she rang back saying all was sorted!
That is what I call excellent service 👍👍

However, when we aren’t able to match the data you provide, we will need extra information about your No Claims Discount for example.

All Effecient and simple
All was simple and efficient and fully automated .No humans were involved , [and still arent I guess]. This automation cuts cost and therefore helped with the production of a keenly priced quote .

My request for insurance for my car was…
My request for insurance for my car was dealt with smartly, but sadly the follow up - providing the information relating to the policy was not forthcoming. Steps are being taken to rectify this.

Clear information on site
Information on site is clear and accessible and written in everyday English. Price was 50% lower than my renewal quote. Plus it’s a green insurance site which is a bonus for us.
