I love the idea of these new type groove books. They are going to be a big success with the kids learning. They look well presented and hardy for little hands and are child safe. It’s lovely that they can be reused over and over again. A fantastic buy for me to help and support my grandchild.

After submitting an order, I realized that the system automatically put my unit number to the 2nd line, which I was a bit worried. I emailed Groovd and I received a respond from Jenny very fast saying that she has added the unit number successfully. This might seem small but it's important to me. Good response, seems well organised. I feel good and am looking forward to receiving the goods.

Talk about great customer service and a fast response! I paid through PayPal and it didn't redirect me there so I couldn't confirm my address. PayPal used an old address and I emailed the company immediately to change to the correct address and they sent me an email within 2 minutes and fix the problem! So thankful!

There was a quick response from Jenny. She gave me the information I needed to return the product. It will go in the mail tomorrow morning and I will let you know the tracking number.
