Clare is just absolutely amazing at what she does. She kept me fully updated on the progress - from confirming my parcel, confirming the amount I needed to pay after inspection and to then turning everything around in half the time! My bag and purse literally look the same as they were when they were brand new and I can't thank her enough.

I sent my battered Prada Galleria bag to Clare for restoration and 6 weeks later it was returned looking brand new! Her work is beautiful, undetectable and very professional. I had shopped around and her prices are reasonable, especially given the quality of her work and turnaround time. I would highly recommend her, and will be using her services again.

This is my second restoration/repair with Clare. So helpful and managed to bring my travel companion, a Ralph Lauren leather backpack back into use after the strap broke.
Looks just as it did before.
My last restoration was a Mulberry with matching purse that needed some tlc.

Clare has such a talent that it amazes me.
As a lover of all things handbags it’s a godsend to have someone who can clean up and restore handbags. I have used THRC to extend my Chanel chain and also recently bought a preloved woc in need of a clean and it came back like it was brand new! Highly recommend!

I've sent Claire two bags to be refurbished and I've been really happy with how they turned out. I also sent her a bag strap to be repaired and again very pleased with the result. Work has always been completed to advised timescales. I wouldn't send bags anywhere else now.

My mothers handbag was gifted to her by a French friend in the 60s , it was so battered and worn out I thought it well passed redemption, anyway iv had it back today and I truly can’t believe the transformation it looks like new again , thank you so much

Worth every penny. My battered designer handbag is as good as new for the cost of a high street one. The customer service was excellent throughout the process and the work shows real craftsmanship.

My Louis Vuitton limited edition bag was in an absolutely disgraceful condition (over 30 years old, and it looked even more ...) when I sent it to Clare. She carefully explained what she intended to do, and how long it would take. When I received the bag back, within the time she'd indicated, it was almost unrecognisable - the dedication and craftsmanship were evident absolutely throughout, most strikingly perhaps in the renovated leather piping around it. I could not have imagined it ever looking so good again, a wonderful result!

Absolutely delighted with the tab repair Clare made to my vintage Celine Macadam Boston … she has perfectly colour- and quality-matched the leather, and the attention to detail on the stitching is spot on! The bag has a new lease of life and will be used for many more years to come.

THRC restored a vintage Chanel flap bag for me which was worn and chain tarnished. The leather needed restoring in places. It has come back restored beyond my expectations, and another Chanel was cleaned and conditioned.

I was anxious about this as I have tried the Restory before and was not impressed. The process was seamless from initial quote, to payment to organising tracked and insured delivery. The communication was excellent and I can say, it was worth the expense.

I will definitely be using THRC again in the future.
