A thorough first year service done very professionally. Was not rushed and everything explained clearly. Treatment recommended for glue ear suspected by recent flight.

APD testing & low-gain hearing aid programming
Angelique helped me with APD testing. She was great and helped me feel comfortable.
She also helped with programming hearing aids for APD. They have been working very well.

Fantastic experience of audiology and APD assessment
My daughter was immediately put at ease during what was an intense 2 days of testing. Staff were brilliant with her, kind and caring and helped to get the best out of the assessment. They took the time to go through everything with me, and even went above and beyond when we had a disaster of a morning to get to the clinic.

These people saved me from being in alot of pain with built up ear wax, they are very polite and always making sure I felt OK throughout the process, I'm so happy I managed to get an appointment the same day
