Navami was excellent
Navami was excellent, she explained everything she was doing , checking all the time that I was clear on things , she ran through the results with me , then took the time to explain the phone links to my wife , she was courteous, polite and patient throughout , she is without doubt an asset to your business

I had an audiology appointment yesterday with Navami Joshy She was very professional, helpful and patient. She explained everything thoroughly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I thoroughly recommend her to anyone wishing to have hearing aids

Great service
The booking process was incredibly easy, with loads of appointment slots to choose from. The appointment itself was fantastic—professional, friendly, and packed with useful information. I left feeling fully informed and walked out with my hearing aids the same day. Private options were mentioned, but there was absolutely no pressure, which was such a relief. A genuinely great experience.

Excellent hearing aid care
I was attended to by James Pranosh who was a very polite, friendly and informative individual smartly presented and very knowledgeable.
I had a small issue with one of my hearing aid tubes and was offered an appointment that very afternoon, again with James who quickly solved my problem and now all seems well.

Easy to try first-time hearing aids
Easy to book an appointment with fairly short waiting time close to where I live.
Straightforward appointment, warm and friendly audiologist who was clear with her instructions and information. Benefit from hearing aids obvious within an hour.

Went to local clinic at a GP surgery
Went to local clinic at agp surgery. The audiologist SYam was excellent. Explained everything . Issued NHS hearing aids as I requested. Gave me information I hadn’t had before with previous supplier.

First class experience
The speed of service resulted in the whole process from making an appointment to having a consultation to walking out with hearing aids fitted taking less than a week! The consultation was informative and unhurried with clear instructions provided. The customer support that followed was equally excellent and highly accessible.

A great local service
Today I saw seen by Harisankar Bindu, and i had a first rate experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Hari as he took the time to carefully explain in fine detail about how to care for my new hearing aids. I've moved here just recently and Hari is no doubt the best hearing specialist I have seen. I now know I'm in safe hands. Thank you Hari.

Lovely People
I’ve now had three appointments about new hearing aids and every time I’ve had thorough and professional attention. The audiologists are always friendly and helpful, discussing every aspect of my hearing loss and spending time with me to be sure that everything was right for me. Today I met Harisanker Bindu who was so knowledgeable and absolutely brilliant!
