Arran Quinn has just negotiated a new future electricity deal for the charity I am involved in. He also reviewed our current arrangements and was able to identify scope for reduced charges for our existing contract. Throughout the process he took time to explain the issues arising from current market conditions and how best to minimise the cost. Would highly recommend .

Not only did Arran Quinn Find us a great deal on our energy but himself and Rachel Hutchinson helped us when we were misinformed about prices for an energy renewal earlier in the year. They have saved us thousands of £££. Along with that they helped through every step of the complaints process in order to cancel the other contract without fees due to misinformation and misleading information.

We've been with Honest Group for a couple of years now, having had them arrange two lots of utility contracts for us. The key thing that made the decision to stick with them so easy was the outstanding aftercare support we get from their account team, lead by Rachel. They're always very quick to reply to an email, no query is too complex for them and they seem geniunely determined to resolve problems you're having. I also really appreciate the professional and friendly manner they communicate with. I'd commend them to any organisation needing their services.

This company is fantastic the were very quick to arrange all work on my property, and when this work was being carried out they phoned to check on progress and if I had any issues,and after work was near to completion they phoned again to ask if everything went smoothly and if there was any problems, if there were they would chase on our behalf all in all I highly recommend honest group to every one due to the care they give to there customers Thankyou for arranging it to quickly and took the time to contact me on a number of occasions. I was extremely pleased with this service. Everything went smoothly, all the tradesmen were polite, honest and great at there job. Office staff left me messages and emails on arrival times and everyone was punctual. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of them again.

External walls boarded and added one wall to divide kitchen and living room.

We had all our internal walls insulated, plastered and solar panels fitted along with an air source heat pump.
The house is so much warmer. The lads doing the work were nice lads, and Damien from Honest power was great. Always on the phone checking in with us, and making sure any concerns we may of had were sorted.

Honest power helped me insulate my home and has made it more economical to run l have supported by the most dedicated BETH she has supported me with anything that needed attention Beth has guided mein what need to be be done.if anyone has Beth they are going to be taken care personaly.no workmen will leave there job unfinished all will be at a great standard the resalt you will be very pleased withBeth will make shure of that.l personaly would like to Beth and honest power for there support.thank you

Thanks to you all, I’ve been I’ll and had no heating, hot water and electricity bills through the roof, these guys must have done about £40k’s worth of work for free and have quite literally changed my life and looks as if it will reduce my bills by up to 90% and free on sunny days.
Thank you all and for all the people that moan about our country, government, they have no idea how lucky they are as I’ve travelled the word and there are barely any countries that receive help even close to this scale.

Warmauk installed the solar panels, ASHP etc. with minimum disturbance
to household activities and in very short time.I believe the system should be re- designed to work with the existing micro-bore piping, thereby making installation simpler and quicker and less obvious.

Great experience dealing Honest Power! Kept in touch throughout until the work was installed.

The amount of work done for some people here can be literally life changing and the amount you get for free seemed to good to be true.

The Honest Group were as true as the title in the company name, My business was struggling to meet the demands of our energy supplier, i contacted Honest Group for help. It was not an easy task as many energy companies are giving hospitality business a wide birth after the pandemic however Honest kept biting away at the cherry until they 1. found a supplier and 2. secured very favorable rates for three years to give my business stability.

Called me offering Eco4 whichI am interested in. Had many of these companies call and not ring back with an answer. I was told we are Honest Power we are different we will call you back.
They didnt, another pointless phone call.

Update.
Fair play, the owner called and apologised for not getting back to me. Uprated from 1 star to 4 just for them actually caring which most companies dont.

We are very happy with the job done by Stephen & his teams to enable Solar Power generation at our house. Stephen explained the technology & work involved in a manner that was easy for us to follow. He was also very patient in answering my questions relating to the job. All the people involved scaffolders, roofers & electricians were pleasant & respectful of the house. They minimised disruption to our day & did a very neat job. The end result is that the panels were generating the expected level of solar panel as per our agreed completion date.

Stephen and Joe fitted a battery to my existing Solar Panel system. Not only do they do an excellent job during one of the hottest days of the year, the workmanship was fabulous, really neat.
They made sure that we fully understood our system and the app that controls it.
