I can’t say enough good things about The Human Reach! The mock interviews and interview prep were truly the most helpful components of the Career Amp program. My coach was super friendly, gave really helpful feedback, and helped me figure out how to talk about my experience with more confidence.

The practice questions felt so real, and by the time my actual interview came around, I felt totally prepared. If you’re feeling nervous about interviews or just want to improve your answers, I definitely recommend giving them a try!

My experience with everyone at The Human Reach has been nothing short of outstanding. Each interaction has been marked by professionalism, genuine care, and a true commitment to helping me succeed. This is also definitely a program where you get out of it what you put in, which is as it should be. It systematically builds your confidence on all levels, and for me it helped normalize cold outreach…a skill that I’ll continue to use and hone.

The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because, while I’ve enjoyed and found the LinkedIn outreach super helpful, I haven’t landed even one job interview as a result. My only opportunities have arisen from outside of this process. But granted, we are in a very tricky time and space right now, especially for someone as seasoned as me who is searching for executive level jobs.

It is overwhelming, disheartening, and downright confusing to figure out how to stand out. This program isn’t a shortcut — it’s a system that works if you work it. And I mean really work it. Between the one-on-one coaching, the mindset tools that helped me rewire my inner dialogue, the AI-powered “amplifier” that builds real connections instead of relying on endless job applications, and real writers who partner with you on your resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile, I’ve learned to approach the search from a completely new angle.

The experience has been intense and, honestly, at times uncomfortable — but in the best possible way. I’ve spent hours digging into who I am professionally, what I bring to the table, and how to articulate that clearly and confidently. My presentation of myself has leveled up to match my actual expertise. I’m no longer applying for anything and everything; I’m focused, strategic, and proud of how I show up.

I haven’t landed my next role yet, but I feel more aligned and prepared than I ever have. The coaching, community, and constant positivity from the group calls and Facebook community have been invaluable. This program has changed how I see myself and my career — and that alone makes it worth the financial investment in myself.

The Human Reach/Career Amp has been valuable to me in my job search. It's been helpful to be part of a community of job seekers sharing experiences and wins. The interview coaching has been particularly valuable - despite years of experience interviewing, coaches at The Human Reach were able to identify blind spots that I didn't know I had. Very useful!

The coaches here are great! In the beginning you will receive great attention and support in the revamp of your resume and online profiles. It is KEY to continue from these steps and be super PROactive to keep the momentum going. It is a program that will support you, give you new ideas on the job search process, and help to keep you motivated. But you must put in the work. The coaches are rooting for you and are available .... there are group calls available and a Facebook group. All in all it is a worthwhile investment as long as you dedicate to using it to it's fullest potential.

The program is very thoughtful and reflective. I've not had to search for a job in some time, but I'm finding this program to be very focused, reflective and helpful. I'm still at the beginning but will report back at the appropriate time. So far the program has definite very positive guidance

Human reach is not doing earth-shattering. However, the value they are providing is forcing you to step back re-evaluate your priorities, values, and goals; in a very methodical and measured way. That in itself is rewarding. I am not there yet to see the outcome and results just yet but the program provides great clarity and helps you find your foundation to step forward.

I am currently working through The Human Reach’s career coaching program, and while I’ve tried similar services before, this one stands out in its approach. The content itself is fairly typical of what you’d expect in a structured job search and career growth program — but the way it’s delivered makes it far more effective.

The coaching sessions are purposeful and productive. I appreciate that I have the space to share details when needed, yet the coaches keep things on track and focused. They’re also very respectful of time — sticking to the scheduled slot — but I’ve never felt rushed or cut short. It strikes the right balance.

Beyond the one-on-one coaching, there’s a wide range of additional resources: weekly group sessions, a Facebook group that provides both camaraderie and networking opportunities, and even a CRM/kanban-style tool that helps organize job search opportunities and follow-ups. These extras really add value and keep the process moving.

It’s worth noting that this isn’t a hand-holding, step-by-step guided program. The structure is there, but you need to take ownership and put in the effort yourself. That said, the team is supportive and flexible. I ran into some personal challenges during my program and they were willing to work with me on an extension, which I truly appreciated.

Overall, The Human Reach combines professional structure with a very human touch — exactly what you want in a career coaching experience.

This is a VERY expensive program. It is priced, and they provide the illusion that you will get custom attention, but it is a "one size fits all" program and they keep the coaches behind a wall. What you pay for is 3x a week "rah rah rah" sessions with other job seekers and a resume re-write by AI.

All "support" where you get access to coaches is actually done by AI.

Rewrites are clearly done by AI.

If you want a generic feel-good program, this is it. If you want actual help from coaches - this is NOT the program for you. The coaches BTW are FANTASTIC, but you don't get access to them more than a couple of times - and even those times are VERY scripted into their "one size fits all" job strategy.

I paid, and ultimately had to do it all on my own.

I told the sales rep what i was doing to find a job and he knew it was EXACTLY what they were going to "teach" me and he still pushed forward.

It was not worth the amount paid.

The best way to find a new role is by following this program. Using the resources and coaches that are available in the program will get you your next role faster. It is a program that will help you gain the skills that will serve you now to find a new role and for the rest of your life. Spend the money and invest the time. It will be one of your greatest investments you make in your life.

The program (and software) had clear milestones with a clear, progression path and relevant exercises. This provided a systematic approach to the otherwise daunting task of employment search.

The creation and review of SOAR stories was the most beneficial portion of the program. Upon receiving an offer from a company, I was informed that my SOAR story was the deciding factor since other candidates did not present such a clear, concise narrative. This job offer came only after I had reached out to approximately 80 individuals during the side-door networking phase. Although such early success is atypical (the program states that approximately 400 reach-outs are required to determine if your approach is effective), this early success speaks volumes as to the power of this program.

The resume writing services also were invaluable. Although I had to make minor edits (I am in a technical field, and the resume writers cannot be expected to be experts in every field), the result was a document that was clearer and more concise than the resume that I had been using for years.

I highly recommend this program to anyone who is searching for employment opportunities, and who is tired of playing the same, old ineffective game of applying for jobs on LinkedIn.

What I found most valuable about the Human Reach approach was its helping me do self reflection to better understand what I should pursue next.

The modules force you to methodically understand your skills and how to position them.

I used their services after a layoff and quickly found a new job and afterwards they helped me a ton with the onboarding giving me valuable advice. Highly recommend for anyone seeking to improve their career.

The quality of the resume support and coaching made me feel confident that there was more to the program than just generic networking advice. I would definitely recommend to folks looking to chart the next step in their career journey.

Completing Milestone 1 with all the worksheets to understand the realization about where I need to be in my future career also opened the thinking to what was relevant for my coach Nikki. I was able to consolidate my story to Nikki and allow Nikki to guide me in preparing for my journey beyond yesterday.

I have been working with Career Amp for about a month and have been very impressed with the service. I’ve had the opportunity to connect with two career coaches, and both conversations were excellent.
I’ve also been utilizing Sidedoor and participating in Power Chats, which have been both motivating and encouraging. I look forward to continuing to build on these experiences and converting more of them into concrete opportunities.
