My experience thus far with the Human Reach (Career Amp), has been eye-opening. This is not surface level administrative type consulting, this is deep and rich experience to ground you in your life's work. It is worth it. My 1:1 today with Nikki M. was exemplary of this, as she patiently took all my introspection and rambling answer and helped me get clear on what I truly value over just the usual platitudes of what I say I'm looking for. 5-star experience thus far, I am glad I signed up.

At the time when I signed up for The Human Reach, I was out of work for 3 months. I had flubbed 4 interviews and recruiters were not reaching out anymore. I found them through Facebook and signed up for an introductory session. My first feeling was relief. I could stop worrying and follow their program. As I completed each stepping stone, my confidence in my skillset increased and I looked forward to interacting with colleagues. The momentum of the stepping stones and the one-on-one coaching sessions propelled me to my first of many interviews. The prep sessions helped me calm my jitters before an interview and the directions for after an interview helped me feel accomplished. I was ecstatic when the job offers and offered salaries were higher than my desired title and pay scale. The Human Reach is a comprehensive program to propell your career forward.

My experience to date with the Career Amp coaches and tools has been very helpful as I continue to navigate this challenging job market. The weekly coaching calls have been very beneficial to me in helping me with my mindset and I do my best to attend 3 per week because I value them so much. The Career Amp platform with all of its tools and resources are my daily go to (the revamped material is AMAZING). Jarvis the AI tool is my go to when I need assistance (I lean on it a lot now that my coaching sessions are done). Although I am still in the job search I wouldn’t be where I am today without Career Amp.

The Human Reach has already made a meaningful difference in my career journey. After completing Milestones 1 & 2 and my first strategy call, the StandOut analysis, combined with Jennie’s coaching gave me deeper clarity and intention. I walked away feeling confident and focused.

The course materials and coaching in this program are top notch. The course teaches skills that I hadn't learned in other settings, such as how to answer interview questions effectively and how to prepare specific stories for the interview. All the coaches I've interacted with through multiple coaching sessions have been very warm and friendly and offered great advice and perspectives.

The coaching calls really get to the root of your why and made connections that I hadn't considered prior. I like that you are provided with action steps after and a recording of the meeting itself. Each call has shifted my perspective around a topic, be it how I tell stories in an interview or how to select oppportunities to apply to based on my personal priorities.

The area that fell short for me was the resume, LinkedIn and coverletter. I didn't feel that same connection and level of consideration when my documents were being put together it felt very quick and dirty, I'm the expert I know best. The exchange wasn't the most pleasant experience, but I pushed for what I felt comfortable with and eventually came to a meeting of the minds, of sorts.

I enjoyed my Human Reach experience and the process. The structure was extremely helpful as I entered the unknown aspects of unemployment. The one on one sessions were very impactful, but I really enjoyed the group settings where I was able to hear and interact with different people experiencing a similar challenge. Good stuff.

Structured program for job seekers giving you the confidence , reach and tools to find the next professional step. A little pricey but the career counselors, resume and LinkedIn writers are top notch and they are always accessible.

The Human Reach Company has been professional and intentional. I am impressed with the competency of staff and the quality of services provided. I highly recommend professionals who are interested in professional growth and improving interview skills to consider The Human Reach Company.

They have a thorough system and approach to the entire job searching process, which includes the emotional aspect of being unemployed and helps their clients navigate during this challenging time. The community aspect I think helps many people stay connected to others in the same position. Their secret sauce is the side door method, which is challenging for many people to get their head around, have recently included some tools to help with that which I intend to look at to help me with this aspect of the process.

I recently entered the program and was extremely pleased with getting my resume, cover letter and LinkedIn profile redone. Lara was able to create a set of cohesive materials that allow me to target a couple of areas with minimal time needed to modify them. She even provided a useful guide to make it easier! The first time I used them I got an interview so was very pleased. Lara is a Rockstar! Looking forward to using the rest of the tools and approaches in the program.

One of the best programs if you need to learn how to navigate the current job market and come out ahead!

I joined the program in April and have been working through the modules slowly through the summer. The biggest benefits I've enjoyed have been the resume refresh and community. My resume was transformed to better highlight my contributions to my past employers as well as key achievements that were otherwise lost in the resume.
I've connected with a number of people who are also going through the program to share experiences, run through mock interviews and practice responses so they sound prepared but not rehearsed.
The coaches are wonderful and very knowledgeable, both 1:1 and in group calls.
The program offers a number of assets to help during the job search, including templates that I'ved used to prepare follow up notes post interviews. The assets have become easier to find following a recent website upgrade so there's really no excuse not to use them.
The group coaching/community calls can be hit or miss in terms of overall value. There's mutiple sessions during the week where you can join to celebrate wins, ask questions etc but there's been an uptick in the calls being dominated by a few individuals whose questions or frustrations are unique to them or they're trying to figure out the program. Some coaches are able to better manage these situations than others to short circuit and suggest an offline approach to get their question or issue resolved. It may help to have a few initial group coaching for people in the early modules to work through the foundational questions instead of bringing them to the community calls.

AJ’s advice was extremely helpful and increased my interviews by learning how to leverage tools to get your resume seen. I’m grateful for all the support him and his team provided.

Now my resume and LinkedIn are dialed in. My interviewing has dramatically improved and ironed out my weak spots. My hit rate on opportunities has improved dramatically.

The resume and soar review group were outstanding. I learned so much about resume writing. Jeannie and Chakira were outstanding to discuss my situation with and bounce ideas off of. They provided great insight and helped me see the more holistic picture
