I joined Human Reach/Career Amp a few months ago, and even though I haven't landed an offer yet, I already feel like I've made tremendous progress in my search. The program has helped me completely reframe how I approach networking and interviews, and the 1:1 coaching sessions have been incredibly valuable. The resources are structured, practical and motivating, especially the resume and LinkedIn profile resources that have provided me with more confidence about how I am being presented to employers. I also appreciate the accountability and encouragement from the team. I am excited about the direction I am going in and more optimistic about landing the right role. The support and tools I have received so far definitely deserve 5 stars!

I just had my second coaching call and the program is already worth the investment. I now have a crystal clearer picture of my own career story, strategy, and what roles I am looking for next.

The coaches have all been super helpful- they listen deeply to your story and are truly invested in your success.

The resume writing and LinkedIn updates were extremely helpful. The coaching meetings helped me build confidence that I could look for what was right for me and that I could enter an interview or power chat and know that I had the ability to discuss my experience from a prepared and concise manner.

The Human Reach really helped me get through a rut in my career. The resume/Linkedin re-write and coaching helped me start getting interest from recruiters again and gave me back my confidence. The course materials that supported the program were good but at the time a little disorganized. This has since been fixed. Overall a good program but expect to put in a lot of work and make sure you are prepared for your coaching calls. The course did lead to a promotion at my current job and another offer that more than paid for the price tag but be prepared to spend around $7500 in total plus potentially purchasing LinkedIn premium as well.

Two months in to working with CareerAmp, and I feel a big boost in confidence. The structure and tools provided to help me execute a career search strategy have made me feel more comfortable reaching out to expand my professional circle, and with the live help help my "branding" (LinkedIn, Resume, and interview prep) is showing some great returns. I'm optimistic the seeds CareerAmp has helped me plant will bear fruit soon!

Team interactions with enthusiasm. I have had two coaching sessions thus far. The latest focused on my SOAR stories, then my delivery when presenting them to a potential employer. The exercise of writing out the SOAR stories was an amazing call back to above and beyond accomplishments I've had in my career, which boosted my current state self-esteem. Further, my coach had me mach deliver them and then provided me with incredible feedback on my delivery methods. I was coached to put a positive win spin on my delivery. I didn't even realize I wasn't putting myself in the spotlight when accounting those stories provided me the opportunity to humbly brag up my accomplishments.

Their help with my LinkedIn and resume was world class. I’d recommended The Human Reach to any senior professional.

I loved the networking training and networking opportunities I got from the human reach. Everyone was so helpful and engaging and ready to teach each other new skills.

They helped me improve both my CV and LinkedIn profile so they really showed my accomplishments and range of skills. The regular group meetings with others who were also job searching were very encouraging. We could celebrate wins together and talk through challenges. The whole experience gave me a real boost of confidence.

The caliber and experience of the Team I worked with at Human Reach was first rate, and the career coaching was well worth the investment. They definitely improved the quality of my LI profile, as well as my resume above and beyond what I had paid consultants for in the past. The greatest impact came from the self reflection exercises, and helping me get very clear on what the next step was for my career, and why I wanted to go in that direction.

I was laid off in March 2025 after 7 years with my company, holding a VP of Ops title. It was completely unexpected and a tough blow. When this happens, you turn to your network, only to realize quickly who your real friends are and who was just around because of your title. I had some introductions, but they didn’t lead to jobs, just more networking. Meanwhile, I was worried about how I would support my family and pay the mortgage.

While searching through LinkedIn, I came across AJ and his company, Human Reach. At first I was hesitant to reach out, but I had nothing to lose and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I made in 2025.

The team walked me through their process and helped me tailor my resume, cover letter, and LinkedIn profile. The coaches were supportive, but also gave honest feedback. Yes, this is a business and they need to make a profit, but AJ and his team approach their work with care. They understand the real impact they can make for people going through a difficult time.

Long story short: I was laid off at the beginning of March, and by the first week of April I had landed a new role as Head of Operations. Human Reach played a huge part in that.

Human Reach was truly what I needed to reset and refresh after being laid off from the federal government. The program gave me the opportunity to review my experiences and accomplishments. The group coaching was truly a support system and I looked forward to it every week. The one on one coaching was my favorite because you are able to dig deeper and discover who you are and what fulfills you. In addition, the different exercises prepared you for potential opportunities. I had a job offer within 2 months after joining and I couldn’t be happier with Human Reach. It was the best investment in myself I ever made.

The other people in the service were what made it great, both the company personnel, and the participants. Lots of opportunities to network.

What’s unique and inspiring about working with THC and their Career Amp program is the tool set the team has curated for you that facilitate you taking the lead in the direction of your next career adventure. I gained a lot of insight to what I truly wanted to do. With that clarity and focus, their coaching and systems had me standing firm and strong on my approach. Even after I landed a great role, their encouragement and support is still present. Can’t thank them enough!

The personality testing and the SOAR stories were hugely informative for me to figure out my direction going forward with my career. With the SOAR stories I was armed in a new way to approach interviewing and really sell myself based on skills and experience.

I came to the Career AMP program seeking assistance during a career transition. Working with the entire team has been an exceptional experience. From the attention to detail in general coaching calls and resume finessing to the collective wisdom shared in group calls and the Facebook community, working with Career AMP has been game changing.
