Wow!!! Just an amazing team , I ordered pj’s for a present , sent back last Friday from Northern Ireland to change size , arrived yesterday. Could recommend buying anything from here. Best customer service I’ve had ever . Heather

I can't recommend Their Nibs enough, their traditional PJs' in both cotton and satin are good quality and their are so many beautiful designs to choose from.
I purchased a pair last year and loved them so much asked for further pairs of PJs' off my family for Christmas. Their was a little issue re sizing but on contacting their customer service department this was resolved quickly. I found their customer service department fantastic, prompt to reply and just so helpful, which in this day and age is a rarity. I am now looking to buy short sleeved PJs' for the summer .......only problem, too many beautiful designs to choose from!!

Amazing experience from TheirNibbs. They accepted a returns and provided the exchanged items really quickly, however the parcel was stolen as it was left in an insecure place by the royal mail. After a couple of emails they replaced the items (in any colour/size I wanted) and they again arrived very quickly. Thought I'd leave a review as it was very good of them to replace the items given it wasn't their fault the parcel was stolen.

The quality of the cotton hummingbird pyjamas was amazing (had not washed and dried them mind you). But the fit of the bottoms was not good, they are wide and low rise. So I had to send them back... which cost nearly £5 tracked. Wish I had bought them via a major retailer who had free returns!

Treated myself to Jersey pjs and matching robe post xmas.
Robe washed fine, pjs shrunk in legs and arms after first 30° wash. They no longer fit in leg or arms despite my best efforts to stretch.
The upshot is, I have paid over £75 for a robe!!! Won't buy again and would not recommend.

I received my first pair of Theirnibs PJ's for Christmas and have just ordered my second pair. I am absolutely delighted with them. They are so comfortable to wear and sleep in. I even changed into them on New Years eve at my Siser-in-laws family party. Everybody loved them and thought they were very glamorous. I will be ordering more, Debs.

Item arrived with a bad ‘pull’ and was of poor quality for a circa £40 garment. Item was returned at our expense and then informed that the gift box is non refundable (not impressed at all about that!).
Would make sure whatever you are ordering has reviews specific to that item so you can be sure of the quality. The process of ordering and returning and losing the value of the gift box has left us over £10 out of pocket.

Twinsets came. Both look great. Great delivery

Firstly I must say I have been looking for a robe for maybe over a year now and could not find the right one until now. Heathers story is beautiful, her designer is exquisite, the communication and customer service is 100%. I ordered the grey velvet robe with the cheetahs, only just received it. I am 5'7, size14-16 and the L is spot on. The quality, the details, the lining, the room which is not oversized but just comfortable and perfect. I ditto everything your previous customer said if I could give 200 stars I would without blinking. I have also ordered some pyjamas. Let's continue to support such a wonderful and unique business then we will all be happy.

I bought the cotton retro nightshirt, and it's beautiful. Lovely tight weave poplin, really cosy! It's well made and exactly as in the pictures. I went for a medium, (I'm 5.7 and 11ish stone ☺️). It fits beautifully. Perfect on the shoulders but roomy enough to turn in your sleep. It came in recyclable packing which is great, and I'm good time. I'm definitely ordering again. Lovely fabric and comfy fit.

I'm a size 20-22 I love that this store recognised that people like their PJ to be a bit loose, and they are long not dangling round my chins. Quality fab, design and colours fab . Dressing gown fab what else can I say!! Heather customer service was truly helpful. My only negative is that when you pick your item and put it in the basket its bit confusing as they show other items that you didn't put in the basket. I ended up getting the wrong PJ,s Heather fixed it I'm all good . My now go to for jammies etc

Bought adult and kids pyjamas, both were high quality and a great price. Excellent communication re our order and fast delivery.

If I could give 200 stars I would. I have never been more blown away by the little added touch from Their Nibs. I ordered a robe and jammies, which are gorgeous, and got a beautiful dream diary as a gift. I suffer with cPTSD and this diary is what I was looking for. Thank you so much! BTW delivery was fast and online ordering very easy. I will be buying from them again. X

These are lovely pijamas and prints, but due to Brexit result unaffordable for us out of the UK, so even I love them I can not repeat. There is a great balance quality price in UK. Please inform if there is some place in EU and better in Spain where we can buy them.

I bought 3 pairs of pyjama bottoms and I love them. The quality and fit is very good for a reasonable price. I love the choice of different designs too. I couldn't find any that I liked on the high street and these were much better and less money. The fit was true to size, arrived very quickly and was packaged nicely. I would definitely shop with them again.

Returned pyjamas as they were really not of the quality and standard I expected for £38.
Material very thin and see through and they arrived terribly creased which just made them look cheaper. They were meant to be a gift but too embarrassed to give as a present.

Disappointed. I got the shorts pyjamas since it’s been so hot, got the hummingbird ones last year and loved them! For some reason they’ve changed the style of the shorts to be quite tight around the thigh, making them ride up terribly, extremely uncomfortable. I foolishly assumed they’d be the same as my other pair, how wrong I was. However the quality is still great and the pyjamas shipped super fast, just a shame they didn’t fit.

Love these pj's! Great quality, speedy delivery and they look and feel fab!
