Customer service is amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong color (totally my fault) and just wanted to do an exchange and they are sending me the correct color and told me to keep or gift the other one!!! Top Notch!

I placed an order and was dissatisfied with the fit of the leggings but loved the capri pants. When I reached out to return products the company replied and resolved the issue in less than 24 hours. Excellent customer service!

I’m very impressive with the quality of IUGA clothing. It’s well constructed and fits well. I believe the clothing fits true to size. I followed the comments from a previous review and sized up with the sports bralette. It happened to be too large. The company was very gracious in sending me a replacement. I love forward to purchasing again from IUGA.

I ordered a pair of bright blue leggings by mistake instead of black! I asked if I could exchange them, and within 12 hours, I was told a replacement pair was being sent out, and I could donate the bright blue leggings. What amazing customer service! The IUGA PowerTight Scrunchy Butt No Front Seam High Waist Leggings (that is a mouthful) are amazing for all of my workouts - I own quite a few. They are extremely comparable quality wise to the $108 leggings another brand sells, but an extraordinary value!

My order arrived quickly. I love the fit and fabric for the golf skort but the tight compression capris seem to run small. When I asked for a return authorization, IUGA said to keep them and issued me a credit to buy the correct size. I will buy from them again.

I love the brand. I’ve been using it for a long time—I wear it for work. The quality is wonderful! I love giving it as a gift to friends who aren't familiar with the brand; they all fall in love with it and become customers. I order from IUGA quite often because I love their leggings...the fit, comfort, and softness. One time the leggings were losing the threads at bottom pant leg, and I wrote the company about the issue. I not only got a reply back within 24 hours, BUT I was told to keep the leggings and a new pair would be sent to me. I did not have to go through the annoyance of a return AND will get a replacement. I am one happy customer!!!!

I ordered my first couple of pairs of Butterlab leggings and loved them so much, I came back to order more. Due to a mistake of my own, I needed to exchange them and customer service was so helpful. They went above and beyond to solve my issue and I am so happy. Thank you!

I love these leggings! This was my second order placed. I ordered 3 of the IUGA PowerTight Sandwich No Front Seam Leggings in Large, but I felt I needed to size up to an XL because these leggings really deliver on the PowerTight compression, lol. When I inquired about an exchange, I was instead given a shopping credit & told I didn’t need to return the items! Not only are these quality products that last a long time, but IUGA is so generous & provides excellent customer service! Makes me love this company & leggings even more!

I really love Iuga's sportswear, very comfortable, great quality and responsive customer service. I recently ordered 5 items, one item I ordered the wrong size, the second item, the color didn't work for me.

I expected to return the two items for exhange but they said to keep them and give them to friends or charity. They would send the replacement items at no charge. Very generous!

I just wanna say that this is one of the most amazing companies when it comes to leggings. I had an issue with one of my leggings which wasn’t bad. The material was great. It was the compression leggings. I got them in a medium. I was going by the size chart but when I got them, they didn’t fit like I wanted to. They were like way too smashed in but the material was amazing so I reached out. Customer service was so nice and so prompt. I was able to get a different pair of pants and I would definitely order again and they have amazing prices compared to other companies. I will definitely recommend and to add the customer service again was phenomenal. I want to thank you so much for making my day and responding to my emails.

Love these products are they are supportive, comfortable, and stylish. The site always has sales and the products are pretty well priced. Customer service is AMAZING!! I had a sizing issue and they sent me a replacement before I even responded to the email. That was very reassuring in a time when you don’t see that often.
