Great customer service and a great product. It was my first order. I ordered two types of sports bras (powertight high impact and power tight y strappy) and a pair of power tight and flex tight leggings. I am 5’6” and like my leggings a little longer so went with 28”. Love that some leggings have that choice. Material on all is fantastic - soft, stretchy and not see through. Great compression - just the right amount.
First time ordering so not totally familiar with sizing, and for 34/36 A bra size I would order a small bra if you like it more fitted. Size chart says medium but for high impact sports/workouts fitted helps. Only wish more of their bras had sewn in padding not removable that moves around. But still great quality and comfort with reasonable pricing. I have other bug name brands that charge far more and these are just as nice! Only difference - depends if you want a more matte finish or shiny finish. These are more matte (yes pet hair will stick to them like any other clothing).

This Company is great, If i have a problem they get back to me with in two days or less. I have bought leggings, capris,shorts and a Jacket. All were made with quality and softness. When I ordered the wrong size the were very kind to replace it. I can't say enough about Customer service and quality of there close.

I’ve been on a weight loss journey after pregnancy so my clothes don’t fit me right anymore after losing 20 lbs, and I’ve been on the look out for new leggings that don’t slip while running. I got ads for IUGA on instagram after looking at brands like Halara and figured with how affordable their pricing was, I should give it a shot - plus there were so many “try-on” ads I saw that I felt like I had a good idea on fitting, as you know online fittings can be tricky. For reference, I’m 5’1,” size 10 in pants, 155lbs and have a belly from a C-section pregnancy - I got a medium and although it fits, it’s tight and pushes my belly up and out from the top which isn’t flattering. I reached out to get an exchange or refund and customer service told me to keep the order as they work on sending me a large. I’m so impressed with the customer service! As I continue this weight loss journey, I hope I’ll eventually fit into the medium. Very grateful they let me keep the order. 10/10 service!

I took a chance and ordered two pairs of iuga boot cut yoga pants on line. To my amazement they fit perfectly, I am so glad I did. They are so comfy and keep their shape .. unlike other brands. Will be ordering more pairs as they have different colors. Great quality at an affordable price!

IUGA is the best. Recently I ordered the wrong size and they quickly resolved the issue. I was able to reorder immediately and my items arrived quickly. The quality is great and I love the styles they offer. Customer service is top notch. Will definitely order more.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received when emailing with IUGA. They responded quickly and resolved my issues with the sizing of the leggings I ordered by exchanging them for FREE and I didn’t have to return the ones that didn’t fit. I was amazed when they told me to just donate them or do whatever I liked. I believe this is going above and beyond to make the customer happy and I will be buying all my future leggings from them and will tell all my friends what a great company they are.

Customer service was excellent. I loved the black boot cut pants but unfortunately I ordered the wrong size and contacted them and they resolved the issue promptly.

I am honestly pleasantly shocked by this company! I ordered 5 items, powertight no front seams butt scrunch leggings and biker shorts, and the sandwich leggings and biker shorts, and the cargo pocket jogger. The quality of the items is top notch. They’re thicker than expected and compressive in all the right ways. The seams are very strong and obviously going to last! I have been a coach and trainer for over a decade and am not shy about throwing down good money for quality items, but this time I got quality for like 1/3 of the price. Honestly I’ve paid more for less quality! These leggings and shorts WILL stay up and will not roll. The only thing I will say is that the shorts are manufactured slightly differently than the leggings so you may want to size up on the shorts if you’re like me and don’t want anything digging into my hips/sides. It’s not uncomfortable, I just don’t like how it looks. Also, A+ 100% on customer service! I had to exchange a size and they responded immediately and fixed it, no questions asked. Will be buying many more!!!

Excellent customer service. I had reached out to make an exchange on the sports bra. I received an answer saying that the new one would be sent and I did not need to return the original one.

I have ordered a few items from the two-piece set, various leggings, skirt, and work pants. Quality is great, but their customer service is top tier. I had needed some new sizes of the items I purchased, and I emailed customer service and they responded quickly and sent me new sizes immediately. When the customer service is great, you know the product too is great. This will keep me as a returning customer.

Unlike some other online shopping stores my product arrived very quickly. It was the quality that was advertised. It was not the right size so I requested an exchange. They responded right away and my new leggings are on their way. I'm very impressed with the customer service and response.
