Competitive pricing, good delivery, clear communications, except in the UK 'shipping date' means the date the package is sent but the Jewellery Room means the delivery date. Pleasantly surprised it arrived so soon.

the delivery of my order was extremely delayed - the website claims 1-3 day lead time but this actually took over a month. I won't be purchasing anything from The Jewellery Room again as the order was a birthday present which came weeks after the date.

Unfortunately, the delay was caused by unforeseen issues at Georg Jensen’s atelier, but regardless of the reason, the experience has not been good enough on our part, and we sincerely apologise.
We fully understand your frustration, and we are genuinely sorry that we did not meet the expectations set by the delivery time stated on our website. This is certainly not the experience we wish to give our customers.

Julegaver i januar er bare ikke det samme.
Jeg bestilte i starten af december en lille diamant ørering i webshoppen. Det skulle være en julegave, men da varen var bestilt og betalt, fik jeg besked om at den kunne leveres 19. Januar.
Selv om jeg fik en æske med et billede af øreringe tilsend, som jeg så kunne pakke ind og gi’ juleaften, så er det stadig en ringe trøst.
Der burde have stået på varen i webshoppen, at den først kunne leveres efter jul.
Jeg filte mig lidt kuppet.

Det var desværre en fejl at vi ikke havde fået at vide, at øreringen var udsolgt hos designeren på bestillingstidspunktet, og det beklager vi oprigtigt. Vi forsøgte at gøre ventetiden lidt lettere med æsken med et fint billede, men vi forstår godt, at det ikke kan erstatte selve gaven.
Vi håber dog, at den smukke diamantørering sidenhen har bragt stor glæde 😊💎

We completely understand that $30 can feel like a lot for shipping. The reason is that we ship with DHL Express, and we also cover all import duties, VAT, and customs fees to the USA, so there are no extra costs for you on delivery. In reality, this means we don’t fully cover our actual shipping expenses with that price, but we choose to do it this way to make the experience as smooth and worry-free as possible for our customers.

Leider kam es bei DHL zu einem unerwarteten Fehler durch einen fehlenden Scan, über den wir zunächst nicht informiert waren. Sobald wir davon erfahren haben, haben wir Sie umgehend kontaktiert und den Versand der Ringe sofort veranlasst. Wir gehen davon aus, dass diese inzwischen sicher bei Ihnen angekommen sind.
