The Journey Centre Avis 

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
Ordered some wing mirror protectors. Do not fit. Box was damaged and had previously been sent to 3 other people (labels could be seen underneath) returned but no refund given. Thankfully I have proof of collection from the courier. Having to claim via bank. Obviously faulty product and they are reusing as a way of a SCAM to get your money. Hope they are investigated !!!!

This is the second time I have used this company, the first time was about 7 years ago, the second time was today, last minute, emergency going on holiday situation where I needed different fittings for my roof bars as I’d overlooked having a different car until I tried to fit them. Both times the customer service has been excellent.

Will was a lifesaver today, checked it was the right fittings I needed and that they had stock (when nowhere else did) and dropped everything to fit them for me as soon I got there. He was so knowledgeable and friendly.
100% recommend, and will continue to be a returning customer.

Got the part but not in the time stated. Didn't seem to have been posted until the day it was due for delivery.

Having difficulty locating a wing mirror for our motorhome we thought we got lucky with The Journey Centre. Unfortunately we had to have one with a dab Ariel, The journey Centre was so understanding & refunded the cost without any quibble.
Customer service was excellent.
I will remember & recommend you in future.

Needed roof bars on a new car. Had no idea which would be suitable for my particular car. I was served by a young man called Will and he was so patient and helpful even talking to the car manufacturer for me to make sure I received the correct product.

Having a problem with some roof bars we visited the journey centre on Stevenson road Attercliffe the young man helped us out and was very informative so we decided to buy thule bar to fit my vehicle properly great service and very friendly staff

bought a Wolf PS60+ Power Bank on line from this Centre. Delivery was quick and i thought great service but when i opened the item it all changed. There were missing items from the power pack.(Power plug & USB Charging cable) so i contacted The Journey Centre and was told these items are not supplied with the Power pack. i sent pics of how the Power pack was received and also a pic of the contents that is on the side of the box but nope Gedi was still adamant that it was not included in the pack. So i sent video evidence off of the Wolf website and also video reviews that were done by other companies but still Gedi insisted that it was not supplied with the Power Pack. So i contacted Wolf customer services who make it and they were surprised that items were missing. so long story short Wolf have agreed to replace the missing items and as for the Journey Centre who did offer me a £10 refund so i could buy my own lead & Plug the jury is out. Failed miserably at customer service and made very little effort to resolve the situation. lesson learnt and will never use again.

I ordered an item which turned out to be faulty. Will from the Journey Centre sorted a new item out straight away. He went really out of his way to help me and I cannot fault the customer service I received. I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Great service today. Very helpful friendly advice . Checked that the roof box fitted on the car and bars without impeding the boot opening. Important to check fitting on a small car and The journey centre couldn’t have been more helpful. Popped in in person as they are local to me but would recommend.

The team at The Journey Centre went truly above and beyond to fulfil an order that I made. They ensured that no matter what happened the product I ordered was delivered in time for a holiday. The constant communications made me feel at ease that they were on top of ensuring I would have my delivery on time.

Visited the shop not sure which roof box was best . Offered me great advice showed me pictures of the same car with the roof box I wanted on it fitted at the same shop. Went away and thought about it only to go back the next day and make the purchase . It was cheaper than Halfords and they also helped fit it for free . Only 4 clamps I know but other places charge for this. Bought my roof bars from here last year . Would recommend anyone else using these as they offer great advice and support - if only they could guarantee sunny weather in Cornwall thanks again !!

Tracking was provided and the order was received on the expected date, well packed. Text book service from start to finish. Thoroughly recommended, even a free Thule pen!

I had been trying to sort out a spare part for my Thule awning with my motorhome providers but I was getting very little help. One call into the Journey Centre and the wing nut that I was after arrived on my doorstep two days later. Excellent, friendly and knowledgeable service all round.

After being let down by a national auto fitting company, on the day of arrival, to have my prepaid roof bars and box fitted. Which wasn't suitable for my Audi S3. My wife found The Journey Centre on line. Although it was 65 miles to travel to. After a short telephone conversation, It was apparent to me these guys know there stuff. I was advised about colour and style (even saw a car of same colour and model on Web site as mine). With fitted bars and box. Decision made. Booked in for 1600 same day. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. One happy customer (and wife). Definitely recommend to friends. Well done guys.

I ordered a set of Remis window blinds for my campervan and was surprised to receive a call from Phil at the Journey Centre checking my order and confirming the precise fitting I needed. The blinds were a great price and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the manufacturer had failed to pack the correct number of rails. I contacted Phil, and he was extremely helpful promising to look into a solution and call me back the following morning. He did as promised, and organised a replacement the following day with next day delivery. This is the first time I’ve used the Journey Centre and I’ve been really impressed. A great company and lucky to have people like Phil working there!
