A gentle goodbye to Annie
Having had a bad experience when having our previous dog put to sleep at the vet’s, we wanted our Annie to be put to sleep at home. The Kindest Goodbye were so kind and compassionate. There was no rush and we received exactly what we wanted. When the vet arrived we knew Annie was in safe hands. He was very experienced and took the time to explain everything to us. He looked after Annie in a very gentle way and understood how we were feeling. I would definitely recommend the Kindest Goodbye to anybody in the same position.

Saying goodbye to our 16 year old labradoodle was made easier by the services of the Kindest Goodbye and vet Kaitlin. Everything was done sympathetically and as promised. We appreciated Kaitlin taking the time to talk us through the process and making sure that it was what we wanted.

Excellent service, they were able to help the same day! It was an easy and straightforward transaction and the vet who came out was so nice and compassionate! He was so understanding and constantly checked we were happy with the process. Would not hesitate to recommend.

It really was "The kindest goodbye"
From start to finish this company were helpful,understanding,extremely kind and easy to use.
My sixteen year old yorkie was my first ever pet so I had no clue about this procedure, I was guided through the process which was so peaceful and calm, my boy fell asleep on his favourite couch surrounded by his favourite people. Dr Christina the vet was amazing and patient.
I would recommend this company in a heart beat, they were cheaper than most other companies of this type too. A huge thank you to all involved, you made the hardest day so much easier for us.

A very calming experience
A very calming experience, the vet that came out gave us as much time as we needed before and after our boy spot was in his favourite place when we said goodbye. Overall I can’t fault the service provided

Theo and his team were absolutely amazing at a time that was very difficult for me and my husband. From the lady who took my first call to the lady who called to say my pets ashes were ready (we chose to pick them up) their service was absolutely first class. What a fantastic service
What a fantastic service. We had to say goodbye to our beloved Buddy this morning after a rapid decline in health. The Kindest Goodbye, from the initial telephone consultation to hugging the FANTASTIC vet Roman goodbye were quite frankly AMAZING. Very helpful, kind and considerate of our every wish and need. Roman dealt with us as kindly and gently as he did Buddy and we couldn't have asked for a more calm and supportive person to help us through this time. The whole experience, although sad was so much more relaxed than I'd thought possible.

First rate, professional, compassionate and caring service.
I rang this company at 8pm in a bit of a state, after my beloved cat Annie had a seizure following a short illness. The lovely Chantal answered my call, and was really compassionate, kind and helpful. She arranged for Ovidiu, a vet, to call me not long after, as I needed support and advice regarding end of life for my cat. Ovidiu was equally kind and helpful, and let me take my time explaining Annie's history. After hearing all the facts, he felt, like me, that the kindest thing would be to let her go, and we arranged for him to visit the following day. Chantal contacted me again and helped me to arrange this, and the cremation afterwards. Ovidiu arrived promptly the next day, and made the whole process so much more bearable, as he treated Annie with genuine care, compassion and respect, so that Annie went over the rainbow bridge very calmly and peacefully whilst lying on my lap. He then took her to the crematorium, and her ashes were returned to me a few days later by post, with a lovely handwritten message from Sally. Chantal followed up with a very sweet and thoughtful supportive text . I don't know if I will have another cat one day as I have loved and lost too many, but if I do, and the time comes, I will always use The Kindest Goodbye.

Saying goodbye - made just a little bit easier
When we knew that we would have to say goodbye to our beloved Golden Retriever, we were so glad that we chose The Kindest Goodbye to help us say that final farewell in the familiar surroundings of home. Everyone we came across, from the first phone call to the delivery of the ashes, was kind, sympathetic and helpful. Ovidiu, the vet who came, was so so kind; he explained the process carefully and made sure that we understood what to expect at every stage. We never felt rushed as we were given as much time as we needed to say our last goodbyes. Thank you for making a heartbreaking goodbye just a little bit easier.

Saying goodbye to an old dog
From my first enquiry Jenny couldn't have been more helpful and understanding. She organised a vet visit for me at a time and date that suited us. Theo, the vet who visited us, was kindness itself. He understood how we were feeling and gave us any time we needed. He explained exactly how the procedure would do and our dog's passing was gentle and peaceful. He ate chicken and just fell asleep. A perfect ending for our old friend. Thank you Jenny and Theo at Kindest Goodbye for making a difficult decision feel like the right one and for all your care and kindness.

Brilliant team at the hardest time.
The hardest decision I’ve ever had to make and The Kindest Goodbye made it a memorable experience in the most profound way.
After being messed around by another company which was not only disgusting but down right disrespectful. I contacted The Kindest Goodbye who came out on the same day of contacting.
The vet was so incredibly kind and supportive. He was so respectful and brilliant with our old Staffie who hated going to the vets so it felt only right for her last moments to be at home where she felt safest surrounded by her family. He talked us through every step and it was totally at our pace.
They took care of everything. It was 9 days from when she left us to when she finally came home again, hand delivered by a lovely lady. As much as it is the toughest time I would 10000% recommend The Kindest Goodbye.

Would highly recommend this service
A friend used this company and came highly recommended. We wanted our old lady Sasha to be at home when we said goodbye. From first contact they could not have been more helpful. At such a difficult time they made the process easy and were so thoughtful while talking to them. The vet Dovet was with us within 90 minutes. We weren’t rushed, and Dovet was so gentle with Sasha and empathetic. When he took her to the crematorium she travelled on his back seat and was made comfortable. This was the hardest decision to make but we knew it was right and the Kindest Goodbye company made it bearable.
