Like others have stated…this company has to be a scam!! Nothing delivered a month after order, phone lines not working , no reply to customer service chat, no response via email. Now left making a case with PayPal for refund! Don’t trust the positive reviews they can only be scam reviews too!!

The power adapter for my Christmas lights spectacularly died six days before Christmas. I wasn’t expecting to be able to use them this year but they arrived as expected four days later. Great, prompt service that saved an expensive set of lights

Non existent customer service, who don’t respond to any form of contact. The phone line’s down due to a technical error.. (in this day and age really?!), the web chat function is completely useless and emails are never responded to. Didn’t hear anything for over a week after placing my order, no confirmation my order had been dispatched, despite stating 2-3 days for delivery. Had to raise a dispute with PayPal for a refund. Avoid and take your custom elsewhere!

Still waiting to receive bulbs I ordered 3 weeks ago - supposed to arrive within 4 days. No response to either of my emails sent and their phone number doesn’t allow messages.
Would absolutely steer clear of this lot

Great website and a great company fantastic prices and the delivery service is second to none Fitted all my new lighting now floor lamp table lamp and ceiling cluster absolutely out of this world

placed an order on next day delivery - Nothing arrived - The phone number does not work - No customer serevice - No refund - Wont reply to my emails - If I could rate this zero I would - Complete Scammers. I dont think they are even operating apart from taking customers funds. AVOID

So much choice and wonderful to find old fashioned bulbs! Website very easy to navigate.

Ordered a light fitting for 2-3 delivery and still not have received after 30 days. Tried to call on contact number given but number is no longer in service. Emailed after 2 weeks and was told that it would be with me in a couple of days and nothing arrived. That was two weeks ago. No reply to a further email. SCAM - avoid at all costs.

The shade I purchased was competitively priced, arrived on time, was well packaged and really good quality. Will definitely purchase more from this company

The staff at the lightingcentre exceeded my expectation, chasing supplies of the product I'd chosen because it was out of stock and pursuading a customer who's need wasn't as urgent to allow me to have his allocation - fantastic. Can't thank you enough....and the garden lighting looks fabulous as well!

Bought 2 up lighters. Came quicker than stated and well packed. Quality item and cheapest price I could find. Very happy

I would have given 0 stars if that was an option.
My wife ordered 2 lights about a month ago. One works fine. The other is faulty and flickers. She has tried 3 times via email to arrange to return the light, but no one is replying. This is very poor customer service. I would not recommend buying from this company.

I’m sharing this to warn other customers and to hopefully prompt a refund from The Lighting Centre.

I ordered a floor lamp (Order #000024164) and returned it within their stated returns period using their official Goods Return Note and the return address they provided. The item was delivered back to them over 10 days ago.

Since then:
• No refund issued
• No confirmation of receipt
• No replies to multiple emails to sales and customer service
• Customer service phone number only plays a recorded message saying they have “technical issues”
• No alternative way to contact them

I’m now left with no product and no refund, and no sign of any customer support. This is not acceptable for any retailer, especially one that handles online orders.

I have kept all documentation, including invoices, return form and proof of return, and will be escalating this through my bank and relevant consumer protection bodies if I do not receive my refund immediately.

I strongly urge potential customers to be cautious when ordering from this company until their communication and refund processes are resolved.

I would appreciate an urgent response and a full refund of £110.88 without further delay.

The light bulbs arrived within the estimated delivery time, and I am happy with the products themselves. However, I wasn't too impressed by the packaging. Although the items had been protected inside to an extent by means of a layer of bubble wrap before being placed in a plastic bag for dispatch, when the package arrived it was very wet. On retrieving the bulbs I discovered that the individual cardboard boxes were also damp and misshapen. Fortunately, the bulbs themselves are okay. I would recommend that you switch to using more effective packaging to afford more protection against the elements.

Like many other reviewers.. I placed the order, no further communication, item not received 2 weeks late, not responding to calls, email, online chat...
Look elsewhere .
They don't deserve your money

I ordered a vintage brass pendent with chain when it arrived it's more like gun metal grey completely different colour, to return it I have to pay a courier & a handling charge of about £10 as the goods were £25.45 there seems no point returning it. I've since ordered one from elsewhere & it's a very good match

ordered monday arrived saturday,not good value when postage cost more than the bulbs.Rubbish,will not do any further orders with you.

Only just ordered so can't comment on product but ordering quick and easy

Ordered 5th September it's now 1st novemeber no items, no answer and then the cheek to ask for a review by email. Do not order from here. Scam
