Just wanted to say a big ‘thank you’ to the team at The Lost Socket. I was visiting Warwick at the weekend when my car started making an awful rattling noise. It was the exhaust heat shield that had come loose. Unfortunately they couldn’t get hold of the clips to fix it before they closed on Saturday afternoon but they very kindly secured it so I could drive the 140 miles back home on Sunday. Thank you! I am really grateful for all your help. If you live in the local area or ever find yourself in need of a garage when visiting - I would definitely recommend contacting The Lost Socket.

Of all the garages I asked about servicing and completing an MOT on my car, this was the only one that provided a written quotation in advance. We had a straightforward conversation about what to actually do in terms of servicing work (low mileage car) and there were no surprise 'extras' on the day.

The phone was picked up quickly, they were able to assist me very punctually they were really nice and courteous. Getting anything done on my car can be quite a stressful thing but these guys made it an enjoyable experience.
