My vehicle had a tricky set of problems, which required a thorough and extended process to diagnose and fix. Nathaniel worked through these with patience and professionalism. Comms and offers of help outside of just fixing the vehicle were always good too. I strongly recommend The Lost Socket.

Initially, I booked an undercarriage ice blast with Tom from the Blast Smith, but after getting to know Nathanial and the team I had the confidence in them to also carry out a thorough mechanical rejuve. They were super professional and friendly. They also use OEM/OE parts which is important to me. The entire experience from start to finish was very engaging and since then they have provided nice post-service support when needed. Highly recommend.

Nathaniel (manager) was super helpful and really friendly. I was recommended this garage by someone who had a really good experience when taking in their car. Had already rung around a few garages, then spoke to Lost Socket who had best value quote. Booking in easy and had availability same week. Unexpected problem with car occurred whilst they were working on it, was dealt with super professionally, and he even offered a small but very much appreciated discount to final price due to delay in obtaining a part. Never felt like I was being conned like I have in other garages; honest decent technicians who explain everything clearly and in an understandable manner. Treat customers with respect and in a friendly manner. Will be back if ever need anything doing to the car again. Very much recommended.

I needed my van servicing they got me in the same day to do the job no problems, whilst the van was on the ramp they looked over brakes to find a rear caliper sticking and advised that it would need changing soon as could cause problems whilst i am on the road. got the part ordered and delivered within the hour. very polite and helpful guys would recommend to everyone
