Is not always easy to trust garages when you are a single woman so it felt like a refreshing change.

I've just used the lost socket garage…
I've just used the lost socket garage for the first time. I had a great experience, really helpful technicians, who even accommodated a couple of last requests I dropped on them. I came away very pleased and felt they genuinely care about providing a good service to customers. I will definitely use them again.

Clutch replacement
we had excellent service from them, our car was repaired quickly, the estimate we were given prior to the work was accurate, and post work advice was appreciated, they were very friendly and efficient and we would not hesitate to use them again

Lost Socket *****
The guys at the Lost Socket have again impressed. My Mini needed a new coolant thermostat and housing. They took it for a drive and diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and fitted. They kept me up to date with progress and costs via the telephone. I can't fault the service and professionalism. Good work and thanks!

Friendly service and a great job done. I have previously had issues finding garages to carry out work on my Volvo apart from volvo dealers but this garage were very capable.

Mini lowered
Had my mini lowered at lost socket and very pleased with the service received. Adam took the time to explain everything involved , no rush and all questions answered. If want attention to detail, genuine service, then the lost socket is for you.

Excellent service as always at the lost socket. Nathanial and the team are always really approachable and happy to help.
I use them for both my Audi and my wife’s VW, check in is easy and work always completed on time and to a high standard.
