Taurus pro mag 17 round junk
Took about 5 days shipping from northern Florida to southern South Carolina USPS price seemed fair for 17 round mag for Taurus millennium upon receiving cheap plastic trim don’t match hand gun stock overall poor quality looks horrible seems super cheap filed in dumpster not impressed at all

No order received and no customer service
After ordering from The Mag Shack received an email saying it was shipped and delivered to the post office. Post office never acknowledged receiving it and i never received anything. After NUMEROUS calls finally got someone to answer the phone at Mag shack. They said they were going to refund shipping and that was end of conversation. Am going to start a a dispute resolution now with cardholder to get my money back. Will never do business with this shyster company and recommend others to stay away also. Horrible experience

OEM Glock 43x 15 round mags shipped fast...
I ordered 6 new OEM 15 round magazines for my Glock 43x on Sunday evening and they arrived via UPS on Wednesday. It was well worth paying two extra dollars to ship UPS versus USPS which usually takes much longer. I had been waiting to receive them from another store from which I had pre-ordered the magazines in late March, but The Mag Shack had them in stock while I was still waiting in the shipping que at the other store. Great prices and great shipping. This was not my first order from the Mag Shack and definitely won't be my last. Great job Mag Shack!

Shipping times are hit and miss!!
I order a lot from MagShack and I don't really have anything bad to say about them EXCEPT for their shipping times. They print labels and get tracking numbers assigned to your order super fast. However, it's often several days to a couple weeks before USPS actually receives your order. Then depending on your location it can be another week or two before your order actually arrives. They should be straight up with customers and give accurate information on delivery times BEFORE the order is placed.

Unfortunately I live in California. I attempted to order a magazine for a Berreta .25 cal (8rds) recently and was told by Mag Shack that due to California laws they would be unable to ship to California. I have worked in California in law enforcement for 28 years and know of no laws that would prohibit any company to ship a magazine of 10 rounds or less to California. There are and Assembley Bill and a Senate Bill that have nothing to do with magazines that most out of state companies site. They deal with ghost guns and barrels. I’ve also checked with California DOJ Firearms Division who said there are no restrictions as long as the magazine holds 10 rounds or less. It’s bad enough that I have to live in a state that already infringes on my second amendment rights and believe me California doesn’t need any help from Mag Shack to infringe anymore than necessary. If Mag Shack was truly a proponent of the second amendment I find it hypocritical to not ship something to California that is perfectly legal.

Great customer service! I purchased a 10-22 drum mag I thought was defective and they immediately worked on a return/refund. Turns out I was being a goof and loaded it improperly, didn't have to return it after all but they were willing to rectify immediately! I will always check MAGSHACK on my favorite mags and recommend to frens & fam. -Jerry S.
