Slow to receive order
My order wasn't dropped of to USPS until 5 days after I placed the order. The order was all in stock items.

mag shacks good selection
mag shack always has a good selection of mags, there priced reasonably, and shipping is god. i check the mag shack anytime i am needing anything. i have done a number of transactions with them and plan to continue the same

This business is dishonest!
This business is dishonest and not to be trusted! I bought a couple of mags and the smaller one was crushed in shipping apparently and didn't function. Couldn't load a round! They wouldn't send me a new one to make it right. I don't know where the review came from it wasn't me. All I wanted was a working mag for my Glock and they would do nothing.

I would give 10 stars if possible
I would give 10 stars if possible. Placing my order was easy and it shipped the next day. Unfortunately, the post office reported it as delivered but the package was nowhere to be found. I contacted Mag Shack and they were very responsive to my concerns. I tried to file a claim, but the post office would not let me do so until 15 days had passed. Mag Shack shipped replacements right away. Luckily, the package finally showed up 2 days after tracking said it was delivered and Mag Shack was able to cancel the replacement shipment. This is above and beyond the call of duty for customer service. They could have easily waited for my claim to be completed, but they did not. I will be back and will be telling everyone I know to check them out. 1,000 times THANK YOU!
