All very quick for delivery. My only concern is that the grain I ordered seemed not to be sufficiently cracked and my mash efficiency only came to 69% (using a Grainfather G30 v3), whereas I normally... Voir plus

Always great service and products
I've been a customer for quite a few years and recently been trying some of the ready measured out kits. I've had great results with frio claro, madreazy, and the tribute clone. I normally buy unrushed grain, but ready weighed out and crushed saves time on brewday. It's also good because the hops are all used in the batch and are fresh. Service is great too, as I often request a specific delivery day in the comments on the order and it's always met. Order accuracy is very good with no errors that I can recall. I did have a problem a couple of years ago with a Brewfather sparge water heater, but MM were great and I had a replacement. The videos are great and very helpful. I also like the fact that for at least the last few years, plastic is being eliminated from deliveries.Thank you MM, Bernie

Quality products, loads of useful info on the website, a huge back catalogue of YouTube videos to help homebrewers and always very quick to respond to queries.
It would be great if there was a cheaper option for low cost item delivery although appreciate that is dictated by the couriers.

I’ve been really impressed with The Malt Miller. The website is easy to use, the range of products is excellent, and the quality has always been first class. Delivery is consistently quick, and their YouTube videos are brilliant—they’ve taught me a lot and have definitely inspired more than a few purchases!
There are a couple of features I’d love to see. A wishlist would be fantastic so I can save items for future brews instead of feeling I need to buy them immediately. Also, as a logged-in customer, it would be great if the website recognised when I already have an order being processed. If I watch one of the YouTube videos and decide to buy another item shortly afterwards, it would be nice if the basket could offer to combine it with my existing order and adjust the delivery cost accordingly. I appreciate that’s technically quite a complex feature, but it would make an already excellent shopping experience even better.
Overall, a fantastic company with great products, fast service, and some of the best brewing content available. Highly recommended.

Good quality products delivered quickly(not to the right address which is the courier).
Still fermenting the beer, but great how quick a brew day is with fresh wort, and the adaptabilty of beer kits are today along side a plethera of all grain kits, chemicals and equipment.
Not forgetting of course a great Youtube channel with lots of advice.

Just completed my first brew day…
Just completed my first brew day training with Nic at the Malt Miller HQ. Nic had great knowledge. Tips and tricks shared whilst making a batch of all grain wort. Great to see the warehouse and also learn more about the malt, hops and yeast.
A hugely relaxed way to learn about the brewing process. Great value for money as all the ingredients and the fermenter for the wort were provided. The yeast is now in and the fermentation has started. 14 days until the kegging. 🤞
Highly recommended whether looking to move to all grain or a more experienced home brewer.

Great brew day experience with Mark
Great brew day experience with Mark. My son and I brewed the Sierra Nevada and the Landlord clones. Both turned out absolutely beautifully. A great day with Mark as well we learned so much about what we had been doing wrong in the past (particularly with sanitising!) Thoroughly great day and would definitley recommend it
