All very quick for delivery. My only concern is that the grain I ordered seemed not to be sufficiently cracked and my mash efficiency only came to 69% (using a Grainfather G30 v3), whereas I normally... Voir plus

Always a great service
Always a great service, quick turnaround on orders, well packaged and prompt deliveries. I only use The Malt Miller now and their accompanying YouTube Channel has taught me everything from 1st time extract bucket brewer to all grain recipe creation.

Hey Jonny, thanks for your review. I can see that out of 5 different delivery methods you are choosing the slowest option, if you need a delivery quickly we have various options you can choose. Also, your location, even on the fastest delivery we are able is 48 hours. I am unable to find any communication from you, I will email now following up with a copy of this so we can sort it for you.

Top Quality Ingredients
As always, Rob and his amazing team delivers top quality ingredients. I use the Recipe Generator to order my all grain recipe kits. So easy to use, and I don’t end up with left over grains and hops to store. Perfect inventory management for me.

Trying a new home brew supplier.
Delivery was much slower compared to my usual supplier.
Normal supplier do next day free, you are 4 days plus.
Could not apply the 5% off offer for the first order. There is no where to add your 5% off on your first order. Unless you don't give it as I had an offer on 3 of the same make? Then it is a fiddle and not a true offer!
Definitely going back to my regular supplier.

Only 4 out of the 5 Brausol arrived intact. The other one was opened in transit. Not their fault. These things happen.

Great quality, great service
I've always had great service, and great products from Malt Miller, whether that was grains or equipment.
Just this week, I had a pump delivered that had a fault.
I contacted them, they apologised, explained all the ones they had in stock appeared to have the same fault, and promptly refunded me. You can't fault that!

As per usual with MM, the entire process was super easy, goods arrived in good time very well packed and the custom grain kit order page is very easy to navigate...going to make them my default supplier in future....
