I had a no fault accident and waited…
I had a no fault accident and waited the 90 mins as agreed for recovery . I then received a call saying it would be a further 90 mins. I agreed upon a place to.leave the key. I tried to call their number numerous times today but the call was shut down every attempt. I do not know where my car is! The firm arranging the repair has still not confirmed it's location. Not happy!!!

Really great service & team
Really great service & team. Helped recover my EV which was completely dead late in the evening/early morning, and revived the battery. It took a lot of time and patience, which they had in bucket loads - thank you so much!

Couldn't ask for anything more smoothly the driver knocked on the door so I could move my hire vehicle and he did the rest. It was on the low loader and he was driving away
Less stress from me having to get involved, just moving the hire car off the drive that's all I did, couldn't get less stress than that xxx

Driver was polite, pleasant and very knowledgeable.
Diagnosed problem and phoned around to see who locally had it in stock before taking me to collect and then fitting allowing us to complete the final two hundred miles of our journey.

Fabulous Service from s lovely guy
Mansfield were booked to collect and deliver our car to Williams BMW at their service department at Stockport.
Mohammed arrived at our home promptly.
He was professional friendly and polite and a really lovely person to talk to.
We were so full of confidence in him that he would deliver the car safely to its destination.
He is without doubt an asset to the company.

A very efficient service with good timekeeping. Gareth our driver was friendly and very helpful. The tyre company in Stoke were excellent, they fitted a new tyre and we were able to continue our journey. Both Mansfield and Stacks of Tyres deserve a 5 STAR rating. Thank you very much.

I was working so they delivered my car to my home address.
