Always very helpful by phone and in person. Love the fact one deals with people, not wretched computers and online hassle. Traditional service that feels safe in this unhealthy world of scamming & fraud. Please don't lose site of traditional way of operating. Always easy to deal in person with polite & helpful staff. Live miles away now but out of 7 building societies I have accounts with the Notts come out on top. Thank you. Late April transaction so date is a guess. Brigg branch deserve praise.

The staff were friendly and approachable. They offered me information and explained it. The process of setting up an ISA was easy. The only negative was that the access email did not arrive to see my account via the app and I wanted that before I transferred funds into it, so that I could check.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for any frustration caused, I understand how this may not have met your expectations around access to your funds.
Interest is applied at midnight on the maturity date, with funds (including interest) available to withdraw the next working day. Any withdrawal is then processed within standard working‑day timeframes.
