Gives tech a new life
I bought a Roku device, the device in question was much cheaper than other similar retailers. I stumbled across this site due to a lack of availability when it comes to the product in question. A good service, free shipping and a couple of days to arrive. The installation and set up process was all explained; with all parts necessary, and neatly packaged. The product itself works perfectly and houses all the apps needed. If in the market for any tech I’d give The Outlet Shop a go. Trustworthy site, and gives tech a new life.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. Item not delivered when advised then they rescheduled it for the date I had already told them I was not at home. Customer service wash their hands of any responsibility to handle the issue. First time ordering from them and would never order again. Terrible customer service.
