The price was so good, I wondered if it was a con, but it was just a brilliant deal, delivered as promised.

I purchased a refurbished PS5 as a gift for my son. It arrived promptly, in original packaging and pristine condition. My son is absolutely thrilled, plays as new. Delighted with the purchase and the value. Will definitely use Outlet Shop again.

I bought, what was listed on Amazon, as a NEW, genuine Samsung LED phone case as a gift for someone. It arrived a day later than it was supposed to but, as soon as I opened the parcel I could see it wasn't NEW as the plastic packaging was all scuffed and it was already open down one side!!! I contacted Amazon straight away to request a return. I won't use this company again.

Bought a refurbished ps5 but it had a fault and kept crashing. Returning it was fairly simple but took over a week for the money to be refunded. Definitely won't be buying refurbished again.

The product was found faulty. That is bad, but Outlet shop is willing to refund.

Cheaper product but not new... the original seal was broken and the buds were already named by someone else. Sold a lie.

Helpful advice on phone. Document scanner arrived on time with connections and cd ROM. All worked. Good as new for half the price with 12 month warranty. Thank you.

Refurbished galaxy buds 2 arrived in perfect condition and work wonderfully

The hard drive I ordered didn't work so I emailed the Outlet shop who promptly got back to me. After a couple of emails and sent photos they sent me an adapter and it now works perfectly. The fact it didn't work was nothing to do with the Outlet shop or the hard drive, it was me. It was so refreshing to deal with a person who spent time and solved the problem. Brilliant, I'll be using them all the time now

Ordered an apple superdrive on Wednesday morning 9.30am it was delivered the next morning at 10.00am.
I am very impressed with the superdrive and how easy it is to use, I highly recommend this product and the outlet shop. I will definitely be purchasing more items from the outlet shop great products at fantastic prices.

Extremely happy with my purchase of a Lavazza coffee machine to replace my old one which had stopped working. Surprised how quickly the machine arrived - ordered on Wednesday and I am sipping a nice espresso on Friday. Will use this company again.
