NEVER buy from this company. They’re a scam and will do anything to steal your money. The owner stole $119.85 from a canceled subscription and promised to refund it, but they never did. Save yourself the money and time by not buying anything from them.

We do want to clarify that we take refund requests seriously and would never intentionally withhold a refund that has been approved. If you were told that a $119.85 refund was going to be processed and you have not received it, we absolutely want to look into what happened rather than leave the matter unresolved.
We also understand your concern regarding the cancelled subscription. If the subscription was cancelled, there should not be a future rebill associated with it, and we’re happy to verify the status and the refund directly against your account.

It started off slowly as my dog experienced some early reactions. I cut the daily dose in half and let her get used to the new medicine. After about two weeks i saw significant improvement and up the dose to the recommended daily amount.
Since then, her activity level has shot up dramatically, and the cough/chocking has reduced by 90%.
I am extremely encouraged by the results thus far.

Paw Parent rip off
We initially purchased a 5-month supply of this powder to try it out. We did not see the "one-time purchase" toggle at the checkout (hard to see). Only 1-month later another 5-month supply was charged to our credit card which is four months before our supply was to run out. We didn't even get a chance to see if the product was even going to work for our 13-year-old dog.
We contacted the company before the product was even packed for shipping to get that reversed and they refused to do it stating the once it was in their system they could not reverse it (totally unbelievable).
They eventually offered a 30% refund which we had to accept to recover some of the money (unable to reverse it but able to refund 30% after the order was shipped). We will see if that refund happens.
Do not trust this company they are running a scam to flog off a product that we are still not sure of its benefit.
Extremely disappointed in this company praying on people who are just trying to make their pets later life more comfortable.

We’re sorry this experience left you feeling disappointed, and we completely understand why an unexpected charge for another 5-month supply would be frustrating — especially when you were still in the middle of trying the first supply for your 13-year-old dog.
We do want to clarify that the additional order was generated through the recurring purchase option associated with the original checkout. Once that order had entered our fulfillment system, we were no longer able to simply stop or reverse it as an unprocessed order. That’s why we weren’t able to cancel it at that stage, even though it had not yet been shipped.
That said, we did offer a 30% partial refund on the unexpected rebill to help address the situation. We also understand your concern that you were still evaluating the product and had more than enough of the original supply on hand.
We’re sorry the checkout and recurring-order option wasn’t as clear as you expected. We take that feedback seriously and understand why you would want the one-time purchase option to be immediately obvious.
We certainly don’t want you to feel that your concerns have gone unheard. If there’s anything that is still unresolved or unclear about your order, refund, or subscription, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team and we’ll be happy to look into it with you.

Rebirth of Bella
The way you keep in touch. The product is remarkable. I have a rescue Belgian Malamioux we think is 10-12 yes old. She was really struggling to get up, running was difficult for her. I was previously using Freedom Joint drops. I switched to your product and could not be happier. Cooper is much more agile and jumps one bed and furniture with much more ease. He no longer hesitates when eating as he did in the beginning. I especially that you do not auto ship when you THINK I need product. I willingly order when needed

My Chocolate Lab Rocky has been slowing down, moaning and groaning when he tried to lay down and get up and quit bringing me his ball to play . Refusal of a full refund for their mistake!!
I cancelled my subscription, and their system and contact people repeatedly confirmed to me that it was cancelled. However, due to an ongoing technical error on their end, they kept charging me and shipping their rubbish product anyway.
When I contacted customer service multiple times to fix this, they refused to explain why and refused to give me a full refund. They would only return 50% of my money for a mistake that they caused. This is completely unacceptable business practice—forcing customers to pay for the company's own broken systems. Avoid at all costs!

I received an email yesterday thanking me for my purchase of Paw Parent Cardiac Shield and I was alarmed because I did not place this order because I just received my first order of five jars from this company 2 weeks prior. I immediately responded by way of email telling them I just received my first order and why have they already charged my credit card and sending me another order? The response was from Wesley the following day. And of course his response was like how he responded to all these other people on trustpilo about you know that he's sorry there was a confusion and that you know the order has already been processed and that I have plenty now. I've just requested again to cancel my subscription because I never wanted a subscription and I also feel that this was not a good business practice and I did not like how it was handled. So disappointing that people take advantage of you once you give them the credit card to make your first purchase. Just like all animal lovers, we want to do what is best for our pet. So disappointed in this company and I would strongly urge anyone that is considering buying product from this company to think twice because you will be charged again whether you want it or not. This company is very shady and quite frankly I do believe it is a scam

So far so good!
We are just starting our second jar,and are already seeing some improvement. She is leading the walk out and home, and is able to jump up on the bed without help. The hard bumps on her back that show up in the evening are fewer and smaller. She definitely seems to feel better, and happier. Running more to play with her toys, and wanting to play longer. All good indicators!
