Jasper
Jasper, my blonde lab cross, was having difficulty getting up on his right front leg. Limping when he first got up. He still does every once, and awhile, it has only been three weeks on the medication. He is back being his playful self. And he actually jumped on my bed . Which he hasn't done in over a month. I was so shocked to see him jump up. Thank you for caring and developing this product.

Unethical Business Practices
These folks are unethical and running a scam. I bought 3 months supply late Aug. when I placed that order I was aware some companies claim you signed up to recurring orders, so I was very watchful and made sure nothing I did committed to recurring sales.
Sep 19th a new charge appeared on my cc. I’ve emailed PP, they claim I signed up for recurring shipment, would cancel future orders but not this one. Then they offered a 30% discount and said they couldn’t stop the shipment.
Early this morning I get an email saying they are preparing my order for shipment…..so it hasn’t shipped yet.
I emailed again this morning asking to refund the charge and stop the shipment or I can just contest this with my cc company. No response.
I have no idea if the product is any good, but the ethics and business practices of PP stops me from any future purchases.

We’d like to clarify how our fulfillment process works. Once an order enters our fulfillment workflow, it can already be in the process of being prepared by our fulfillment team even before the carrier has received or scanned the package. This is why an order may show as “preparing for shipment” even though the tracking does not yet show that it has shipped.
Regarding the subscription, our system shows that the original purchase was associated with a recurring subscription. We understand that this may not have been what you intended, and we’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Our team can cancel future recurring orders once the request is received, but an order that has already entered the fulfillment process may not always be able to be stopped immediately.
We also want to clarify that offering a discount was intended as an option to help resolve the situation, not to dismiss your request.
We take concerns about billing and subscriptions seriously, and we’re happy to review the specific order and account history to make sure everything was handled correctly.

Ordered this to try and help our dog with her hips
I ordered this to try and help our lab just to try it every couple weeks I saw a new charge for more if you are just trying it you would not want more than 2 to see if it works.This is a scam no phone num to cancel. Wrote several e-mails telling them to cancel this. Finially they did I think but still watching my account for any other charges they might try to slid in. Will never order from them again.

NOT GOOD. Ordered some and got more than a few months supply to take advantage of more free jars. So well over a years supply. All ok if not a bit expensive . But a month later another charge appeared on my Paypal notification for another $176 of the stuff. This was actually at 5.08 AM in the morning on a Saturday . I immediately emailed Paypal, Paw parent and my bank to shut down the transaction and reverse it . Around lunch time I saw "Your order is being prepared" and I once again messaged to basically say "do NOT send it,I did not order that , I don't want it and I can not use it".
Ages later they replied and said that I was on a subscription but they weren't listening and after a few back and forth emails I realised it was just an AI bot that was wasting my time. and unethical and dishonest pushing of product once they have your banking details. So the upshot is my card is locked, I'm out of pocket and now thinking does the stuff even work or is it just coloured cornflour ? Dont trust them at all. They need to be facing court given the scope of this scam.

Not a cure but it helps
Even though Daisy has hip dyplasia Macho's Secret Powder seems to be helping. It's been three weeks now and she getting her stride back. She hesitated to jump on our bed but now does it like she was a pup. I know it's not a cure for her hips, but I can tell she's feeling a lot better.

My little old guy has congestive heart…
My little old guy has congestive heart failure. My vet suggested I get something with taurine and CoQ10 and omegas. This product has all of that. At his last check up his markers did not get worse and and some even improved! I will keep using this to do what I can to help him be as healthy as possible. The customer support from Wesley was superb-kind, well informed and fast to respond.

Easy Addition to My Senior Dogs’ Daily Routine
I’m really happy with my experience with The Paw Parent. I have senior dogs, so supporting their mobility as they get older is very important to me. I love how easy the Hip & Joint Powder is to add to their food, especially compared with trying to get them to take pills or chews. I also really appreciate the simple approach and the information they provide about the product and how to use it. My dogs have taken to it easily, which is always a big plus in my house! My 2 year old Tweenie Dachshund, Sammy Jo, just loves the flavor and licks his bowl clean!!! He has no outside symptoms, but I have noticed the omega fish supplement, has made his coat so smooth, shiny and soft. So far our pup is eating it while mixed into his morning meal. We’re paying attention to his physical behaviors as he rests, gets up, moves, plays, and cuddles to see/notice/detect any freer movements which would lead us to attribute at least some improvements to Macho’s Secret Powder! Watching!
