I'm not sure what works on this product... but... It Works!! I also use it in combination w/ mushroom chews! Both work for IVDD. My 4.5 yr old dachshund needed surgery. I was determined to find anything to help in her recovery! Well the reviews are true! Both of these products have succeeded in her recovery. She still favors one leg but she's trying! She can run and play altho a bit wobbly! Miracle products! I would highly recommend BEFORE your long little doggy gets IVDD. I'm sure this product will help prevent any problems!

First of all Pokie is doing well. He has always been active but now I see his activity is better. His breathing is not as hard and he seems more relaxed. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! I ordered one supplement and they automatically subscribed me and charged me for another one a week and a half after I received it!! Their reply to this post says to talk to customer service which I have and they want to offer me to pay 50 percent for the order that I didn’t even place! They said that is all they will offer! I refuse to pay for something I didn’t order!! Their reply’s on this review are not what their customer service actually says!! They don’t care and want to still charge me for something I didn’t order!

They tack a subscription onto the green mussel supplement even when you order a single only jar. They freely admit this! That’s like stealing! The customer says no and they do it anyway. They refunded 30%. I felt they should refund the whole second jar. No more ordering from this company for me. I’ll never know what I get. I’m not paying USD for that to happen

Shipped my original order to the wrong state, told me I had to figure it out with the shipping carrier. I tried multiple times to cancel but kept getting the same response of offering a discount to keep (a product I didn’t have). Then was charged an auto renewal before I even had the first order. I received an email saying it was preparing to ship. I emailed immediately asking for this to be cancelled and refunded. Even though they were responding right away, it was back to a discount to keep until they finally said since it’s a food item, it can’t be “returned”. I was asking for a cancellation. Days after, I got another notice it shipped so they just simply will not cancel. This company is terrible on service and does not honor requests to stop orders. Shipping is slow. After 2 months I still never got first order

I have 10 bottles of the formula and use it faithfully every day for my "Underdog" mouse, who doesn't understand why Mom yells NO when he won't use the doggy stairs to get off our bed. Emma, our "Princess," faithfully uses her stairs, or she won't get down until you put them there, so she will still also benefit from the formula. When I get to the point that I do run out, I will then order a new supply, but given that they only eat 1/4 c of food every day, it's going to be a while before this happens. They love the taste, which is nice b/c of rising costs of dog food I've had to go with a different brand. But knowing that I have them on "Paw Parent's Secret Powder I know that I am not jeapordizing their spine health. When are you going to make a powder for their tummy? I would definitely get some b/c they tend to have issues with that, but you know, since I've had them on Paw Parent now for three months, I haven't seen them throw up once and only occasionally eat grass, and that's been when I ran out of organic unflavored yogurt. So between the two of us, I think I'm doing a pretty decent job keeping them healthy. With your help, of course; I can't leave you out! I would love to see companies that you recommend for, say, warm sweaters for when we move in December, or little boots for the snow we will invariably encounter next year, and dog treats that pass your strict quality standards and are weight-friendly, or even maybe you could post some recipes from your employees that they make for their dogs and cats? I bet this would boost even more traffic on your website because it's hard to find good quality items, and I would so love to find one company or maybe two or three that have what I need. I think everyone will agree because it helps with shipping costs, which are the biggest budget buster there is. For me and you I'm sure.

Prissy is 18 and has fallen off her ramp sever times in the past because her back legs didnt support her. She would fall sideways because she didnt have good balance. I bought a wheel chair for her when I first started giving her the powder. She has used it twice. She still has bad days but most of the time she walks without help. She is doing so much better now that she is taking the powder every day.

My product arrived much faster than many of the other orders I've received. My little dogs haven't been taking it long enough to know if it will work or not.

Lola my Dachshund was having back issues and I had 3 vets tell me she needed surgery, I can't afford a 5 to 10 thousand surgery bill. We decided to just keep her in her crate for a few months to keep her quiet etc and she started to try to use her back legs, and then we saw your ad on Facebook and talked to my husband and we both decided to start giving it to her and she now can use all 4 of her legs, she walks, runs,She's back to playing with her brother and she is trying to climb the steps on her own. She will probably not be back to the normal by any means but the fact the she walks with a little bit of a wobble is better then her not walking at her. We are very happy in the progress she has made!!

Though this product works wonderfully, it’s the customer service person, Wesley that I had an issue with.
I moved in June 2026. I updated my subscription with my new address. I even sent an email to the paw parent email site with my new address and I also updated it on the website it self.
I was communicating with Wesley. I stated, thatI updated my mailing address in June, and a month and a half later I got an email stating that my supplies were delivered to my old address.
I reached out to the paw parent email and got to speak with Wesley again.He told me that I needed to track and see where the shipment went to and I stated, no this is your fault. I went on to say, that back in June when I emailed you I sent you my new address. Wesley stated you’re right this is something I should do on my end and I will take care of it for you.
My dog Max has been without his powder for 2 weeks. Now,mind you my dog had IVDD surgery in February. After his surgery, I research what I could give him to help his disc, I found the pet parent. I found this product to be amazing. Ever since I started him on this he’s been acting like a puppy and very active. Maxx is 8 years old. Until today, he is slow moving and not himself. I believe it is because he hasn’t had his powder in 2 weeks. I order a one time container today. I even got some glucosamine chewy’s at PetSmart today.
I sent another email, and I got a reply again from Wesley. In the email, Wesley stated he was so sorry that he was dragging his feet on this and he’s gonna send a shipment out express mail today and that he was so sorry. I wrote back stating he should cover the container of powder that I ordered today. I haven’t heard back from him thus far.
I cannot express how much this powder is helping with my dog joints, and I’m recommending it to everybody I know that has pets.
It’s the customer service part that needs to improve.

After about two weeks, I noticed a significant difference in my 76 lb, 13 year old golden retriever. Combining Green Lipped Mussels with frequent massages of her hips,buttocks and legs have made a big difference in her mobility.

Shady business practice, you buy 1 can of their powder dog supplement and they auto subscribe your and auto charge your credit card every month, this was not clear during checkout and probably was all hidden in legal fine print, shady business I don't recommend a company like this no matter what product they sell - greedy and shady. beaware

Very slow shipping like 3 weeks for an order crazy and now you made the product in a smaller container for more money ? Wasn’t what I was expecting

Medicine seems to be having a positive effect. I don't like getting caught up in the commercialism. I don't want to be on a subscription level until I know the product is working. Likewise, I don't want to be notified that my "spinal support" is on the way when I had absolutely no interest in getting the product. To assume that I want extra products does not only piss me off, but it's the quickest way to lose a customer, & an even faster way to file a complaint.
