BUYER BEWARE…DO NOT buy the red light vest from this company. I bought mine on 8/30 and when I received mine the control had a couple of settings that didn’t work, so I contacted the company and Wes responded that they don’t take returns (the product was shipped from China), asked me to send him a video of the faulty control (which I did) and I keep getting the run around about why I’m not getting a full refund as stated on their web site. I’m being told that the “Supplier” suggests I contact my local authorities, which is ridiculous. This is an issue between the company and the supplier and the company is doing everything they can to avoid making good on their refund policy. Every email exchange (there have been several) have been delay tactics blaming their “supplier. I’ve paid $147 for a piece of junk that I can’t use and I’m certain, at this point, that their aim is to put this off until the 90 day refund policy runs out. Awful customer service and basically, they’ve stolen $147 from me. Not the supplier, but The Paw Parent.

Brought label to vet, she said GLM is solid for disc inflammation. That was good enough for me to keep going

Switched from a pretty well known chew brand to this for our bulldog Chunk. He's 7 with bad hips. The chews never did anything AND he hated them lol. This just goes on his kibble and he eats normal. After about a month he's getting up and down from his spot way easier

I ordered one and the next thing I know a second one arrived. I contacted Wesley and told him I didn't sign up for a subscription and don't want it. It took five more emails to eventually get him to cancel. I had to tell Amex to block them. At first, I thought well maybe I accidentally signed up for a subscription, then I saw what everyone else is going through. So this guy seems to be purposely misleading people, refusing refunds, and generally acting with low integrity. And if there is low integrity in billing, I can only imagine how that might impact his product decisions.

We ran out between orders and within a week she was noticeably stiffer. Pointer mix 11. That told me everything I needed to know... it was definitely the supplement making the difference. Now we never let it run out

My can corso pitbull mix is 125lb and ten years old...he's had glucosamine and chondrotin since he was 2yrs old. Waking up has become more difficult until...he got Machos! If he could text he'd say thank you. He plays and runs like a young man again.

My 8 yr old beagle has been taking Macho’s Secret Powder for about 6 weeks and it has helped him tremendously! He had a pretty bad limp in his left leg that was becoming constant. It’s almost completely gone now! We’ve been easing back into walks and I’m grateful because normal joint supplements weren’t working , and he is so happy to be outside walking and sniffing everything again.

The customer service is great. Wish all places were like them. Im trying to be patient and give it time. It's been almost 2 months now and I think we are finally starting to see a little change. She hasn't tried to play is quite a while but three days ago she brought me her toy and wanted to play. We will keep it up and see how it goes. She loves the taste. She eats it all every day. Then goes back & licks the empty bowl!

Efficiency ordering process. Macho green lip mussel powder is easy to measure and apply to food. My French Bulldog, Beauregard, seems to enjoy his food more with the “powder on top”. Beauregard is 6, he has great energy and seems physically strong. Using the green lip mussel food additive is a preventative to help keep his spine healthy - so far so good.

I got the Macho's Cardia Shield Powder. I have a 10 lb chihuahua with a heart murmur. I thought I was ordering only 3. For unknown reasons I got 6 but as you well know sometimes ordering on line you get the extra for a "special" price. I usually don't fall for that gimmick but I was on my phone doing the order. So that is on me. Well, my dog will not eat the food with this additive. I fully understand it smells awful.

I contact them to at least return the 3 additional that I never wanted. Their reply " As a food product, we’re unable to accept physical returns because once an item has been delivered by the courier, we can’t guarantee its freshness or safety. This also means we aren’t able to take the bottles back and pass them on to someone else, so please keep whatever you have on hand, they’re yours to keep." So generous they are mine to keep! Gee I have had this product 1 week. cannot guarantee the freshness? I have a chihuahua it is going to take years to get through 6 jars of this!

They closed with this "That said, I completely understand if you’ve decided the product simply isn’t right for your dog. I’ve also gone ahead and cancelled your subscription, so there will be no further recurring orders or charges on your account". No where did I see that I was signing up for recuring item.

I replied and called it BS this was a scam. Their reply: I hear you, and I want to reassure you, we are a legitimate company, this isn't a scam.

I'd like to offer you a 30% refund on the order, straight back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 days.

Looks like I get $52 back.

I ordered the hip and joint powder in July. It is now September and I still have not received the product. I have talked to Wesley via email multiple times and I still don’t have my product. I have asked for a refund twice still don’t have my money back. I am very, very disappointed with this company and I would not recommend you ordering their product.

Definitely seeing less stiffness and easier getting up and down, jumping on the couch and bed. And she likes to eat it

10 days in, too soon. Eating it fine the. No issues so far

I just started my dogs on the product so I can’t tell if it’s working or not; but at least they’re not rejecting it in their foods. I got the one for heart because my dogs were hacking from time to time, so I hope this product will help them. I wasn’t aware of the auto -ship when I first ordered, until I got charged for a new shipment so soon afterwards. That would be my only concern, to make it clearer about the auto-ships. Other than that, I’m happy with the product and quick response from customer service.

I just received a 10 month supply from Paw Parent. I have a dachshund and they are genetically prone to spine and joint issues. I decided to try this. However...the print is so minute there is no way to read it. I see nothing that says it has green lipped mussel or any other helpful ingredient. Also, the containers are only half full or less! The scan code on the jar is tiny and when I finally got it to open the message was: "This Connection is NOT private. This website may be impersonating "thepawrent.com" to steal your personal or financial information. You should close ths page." Now what should I do????

My Lola is 15 and has survived melanoma and arthritis. I tried Macho’s secret powder and it really helps her have more energy and alertness! I’ll be continuing to add this product to her food! Thanks!

She had a cardiac episode last year that scared our whole family. On medication now. Added this for extra support and 2 months in she's doing great, active happy eating good. I think the combination is working 🤞
