Cardiac episode scared our family

I ordered a Paw Parent product (buy 3, get 3 free). I did not know they put it on a monthly subscription so I emailed their support department. They did cancel future orders but the 2nd order was apparently already on the way. After checking my credit card they $119 charge status was "Pending" so I called the credit card company and filed a dispute. I emailed The Paw Parent and told them based on their return/refund policy, I would return the order that was on the way. They said they do not accept returns based on the fact that it's a "Food product". BS! Everything they sell is a food product! Then they offered a 30% refund and I could keep the product. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That was an insult!!!. So I informed them of my credit card dispute and I received an email with a full refund of $119. They need to honor returns per their policy and change their business practices in regards to auto subscriptions!!!!!

Archie is back to chasing balls!! Golden retriever 11. After about 5 weeks he wanted to play fetch again. Honestly didn't think I'd see that again

I saw Brandy bouncing around more than usual. Perky beyond recognizable. A little crazy too. Taking on more tumbles and fights with her 2 yo son. Not limping thats for sure.

I ordered 3 items. Their checkout is totally confusing and they added two items at additional cost. The checkout was so crooked it subscribed to more of their junk. And, they just charged me 62$ again. I have 5 jars of junk and they are sending me three more jars of junk. Look at how BBB rates them and you will believe me. They know exactly what they are doing and it is not with integrity, it's to get your money.

The product is easy to use and Jazzy loves the taste. Delivery was quick and I haven't been flooded with excessive email from the company. Jazzy is only 5 months old but we started her using this early because she has a longer body than the average corgi.

Works just wish it was cheaper
It works, I'll give it that. Rex has been moving better, GSD 10, less stiffness mornings and more willing to go outside. Only reason not 5 stars is the price is a bit steep for ongoing use. The subscription discount helps though

I'm hopeful that you are right. My 10 year old english bulldog is on his way to being lame. We've done the knee surgery which helped for several years. We knew then that he has bad joints. Pain meds now. I will welcome any improvement for his senior years.

The tail waggle is back!!
Corgi's tail waggle came back!! She'd kind of stopped wagging as much when her back was bothering her. Since starting this about 5 weeks ago the full waggle is back in force. Silly thing but tells you everything about how she feels 🐾
