Nicely packaged sample bottles, each one individually wrapped, a nice personal touch. Atomiser gives good spray aswell, will use this site for future purchases

So sorry to hear you were disappointed with our service. Let us assure you we have not received a single email from you on our customer support email id - support@theperfumesampler.com nor we received any Chat initiation from our website. We do have 5 day return policy from the day you receive the order. The order was delivered on 4th July and you are contacting us after more than 1 month to tell us you were not happy with the sample we supplied, Its a little too late. However, we are here to make this right, so please tell us what went wrong with your order by emailing us and if you have not used your sample you can send it back to us and we will process your refund. Also, rating us 1 star on a public platform even before contacting us is not fair and we request you to reassess your rating once your issue is resolved.

Extremely great service and speedy delivery. Lots of product samples to choose from. Highly recommended as it gives you a chance to see if the Perfume is the right one for you without buying the full bottles. I have no been disappointed and will be buying more.

Absolutely impressed. Bottle design is spot on , scent (guerlain tobacco) is nice and lasts hours, and price range is good. Would highly recommend this company if after a sample before buying big Bottle.

A really great service
A really great service. Ordered one sample and one full size scent and these are the genuine article at great prices. Items were received quickly and very well packaged. You can tell these are people who care about the products they sell and getting them to the customer in good condition. I will definitely shop here again.

A wonderful service. Provide expensive fragrance at a fraction of the big bottle price. Try before you buy. This time I bought 10ml bottles for my holiday to save on weight it’s the large 100ml heavy bottles. All genuine fragrances and shipped straight to your home. Have used them before. They never disappoint.

Great products, SLOW delivery
I love the perfumes that Perfume Sampler sell, but the delivery is very, very slow. I ordered over 7 days ago and still haven’t received. They deliver using Royal Mail 48 but it takes over a week to arrive. Give yourself plenty of time to receive your parcel as mine didn’t arrive in time for my holiday.

Your order was scanned by Royalmail on 7th July and your items were delivered on 10th July. Royalmail does not work over the weekend and we take 2 working days to prepare your sample and ship. Even though we send all our order through 48 hours tracked service, Royalmail could take more time to deliver. This is why we give tracking number so you can check the whereabouts of your order. Now that you have received your order, we request you to reassess your 3 star rating. Anything below 5 star affects our business. Thanks.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry that your order took longer than expected to arrive.
Your order was dispatched promptly on 2nd July using Royal Mail Tracked 48, our standard tracked delivery service. Unfortunately, due to staffing shortages at Royal Mail's Brinklow Distribution Centre, your parcel wasn't processed there until 7th July and is expected to be delivered by 10th July.
Although Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a fully tracked service, delivery times can occasionally be affected by operational delays, the destination, the number of distribution centres a parcel passes through, and the fact that Royal Mail does not process mail in the same way over weekends.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be. If you had contacted us via our live chat or email before leaving your review, we would have been more than happy to investigate the tracking, explain the delay, and keep you updated throughout.
