Incomplete delivery address entered from the store, despite them repeating it at the time. When customer service contacted later that day when I checked the e mailed order form and found the error they were very unhelpful.

Perfume paid for, delivery paid for no goods received.
Ordered perfume for my wife’s birthday paid extra delivery didn’t arrive they couldn’t find my house because the sales assistant omitted my house name. Customer services said they would get another consignment posted guess what never happened. Customer services said they give explanations but guess what that has not received. Five days on no perfume, no explanation given it’s joke no nightmare I will not be using this company again.
