The Perfume Shop - Boundary Mill 137 Avis 

I went in on Wednesday to get a perfume for one of the family members birthday, I was greeted by a great team. Saba was very helpful in helping me chose, showing me different options and explaining the different scents. as I did not know what to go for and turns out my present went down a treat they loved the smell. - Thanks guys will be coming back again

I wait for you to contact me to let me know my order had been delivered to your shop I had no email or any contact to let me know it had been delivered to your shop then when I can’t to the shop to find out wear it was I was told from the shop assistant I had recived it I told her I hadn’t that it was being delivered to the shop she insisted that I had I asked her to check to make sure I gave her my order number again she then found my order behind the counter no apology given at all for no contact or for accusing me of already receiving my order to my house even after I told her it was going to the shop don’t think I will be using that shop again boundery outlet walsal which is a shame because the original girl that took the order I think was holly was so helpful. I still hadn’t had contact on 23/12/25 to collect it and it had been deliverd to shop in 5 days

Another visit to The Perfume Shop and again a lovely shopping experience, this time I was welcomed by Teresa supported by Holly.
Teresa was warm great eye contact, interaction and professionalism, she helped me choose a Christmas present then wrapped it beautifully.
The recipient was especially impressed with the personalised ribbon, not seen in the Billericay/ Basildon areas by them!

Love this shop you can smell all you need too and the ladies always wear a small , very helpful and gift wrap if you ask for it

Very helpful assistants at Boundary Mill Walsall although I had to take the perfume back for an exchange as there was absolutely no smell to the original one which I bought once again there was no problem & they exchanged it

I had an excellent experience at The Perfume Shop thanks to Holly. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right fragrance. She asked great questions about what I liked, gave thoughtful recommendations, and even explained the notes in each perfume so clearly that choosing became easy and enjoyable.

Holly went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my choice, and her knowledge and warm personality made the whole visit a pleasure. Customer service like hers is rare. She truly made the experience exceptional.

I’ll definitely be returning, and I highly recommend asking for Holly if you want outstanding, helpful service!

Good quick easy ordering service and delivery

The assistant did everything she could to help me find what I wanted and she did just that she ordered the perfume I wanted and gave me a bag to put it in I got it delivered free of charge and it arrived within two days which is fantastic service whatever way you look at it

Superb service - ordered perfume for a gift and it arrived next day. Very helpful, friendly staff - couldn’t have asked for more

In a offer box wrapped in cellophane and tied with a ribbon were two products by police and others on offer. So I picked up two police products and we paid for them. On checking receipts 10 minutes later I found I'd been charge £3.98 for the ribbon that was wrapped around the gift. On questioning sales girl I was told it wasn't part of the offer. But the cellophane was. These young ladies couldn't even apologise properly. They were so disinterested and couldn't care less. Customer service is non existent with these two . There use to be two very helpful ladies in there. Anyway got full refund.

The assistant told the item I wanted was £81+ then took off discount to £69+ which I was thrilled about. I thought oh I might order 2 when she realised the discount had already been taken off! Couldn’t apologise enough & I was given a small gift as an apology- I do not blame the assistant as surely it should be made clear on your page. Delivery of the Gurlain Champs Elyesse was excellent.
