The service in store was excellent. Delivery was very swift.

A helpful assistant looked after us in Boundary and suggested we could do mail order
She did all the ‘paperwork’ and I paid!
Everything arrived as suggested too

I feel compelled to write about my experience earlier today in The Perfume Shop Outlet at Boundary Mill Walsall
The young lady who was serving today was nothing short of remarkable ! Her name is Kathleen and whilst waiting in line for my turn to be served , the disgusting , greedy , entitled behaviour from a couple she was assisting was shocking and no Customer Service Assistance should be exposed to this kind of behaviour or even be expected to serve people like this
Kathleen was so patient , smiley and respectful ( I 💯 would have lost my job tbh )
Kathleen entertained these ingrates so graciously while I gritted my teeth !
When it was my turn Kathleen was helpful, engaging, informative and so very helpful , she advised me with a sound knowledge of the products
If there is any such way of acknowledging such excellent Customer Care please
If so , I would appreciate it - hang on to her she is a massive asset and ambassador to your brand

Excellent service

Assistant in the store was very helpful, she dealt with me very quickly and explained exactly what would happen with my order. My purchase was delivered very promptly.

Went to buy a new perfume no idea what I wanted. The staff at the counter was very helpful. Letting me smell various brand and trying a couple, she sent me away to continue my shopping trip to let the scents settle on me. I return to purchase to discover one of them needed to be ordered, which she helpfully did for me.

Great customer service. Ordered Saturday, delivered Monday

I went into the Perfume Shop to ask if they had the brand of perfume I wanted. As it wasn’t in the store the assistant ordered it for me and signed me up to the rewards scheme. On the day I was given a discount on the perfume, making it much cheaper than anywhere else. Plus, Even though I had expected to have to go back into the store to collect my perfume. it was delivered to my home by Royal Mail within a couple of days. From entering the store to receiving my perfume, the experience and support given by the customer services assistant was brilliant. Having experienced how this store operates and the excellent customer service, I will definitely be buying again from them in the near future. Thank you.

Had a great experience over at the Colne branch...Big shout out to Halima and Misbah always a delight to meet and they are always very helpful.... whenever you visit always a big smile on their faces.. how could you not buy anything from there..
