Visited this store last week and got served by a lovely lady who’s I cant remember the name but she literally made my day, I chose my mothers gift and she was so good I had to buy another perfume for myself

I was looking for a perfume for my partner I really had no clue what I was looking for but the sales assistant walked through so many with me on both sides of the store telling me about the notes she was very patient and sweet I believe her name was Zilan.

Dayna, Ellie, Khemisa, Stiliyan, Helen, Nicoleta, all of them were really helpful.... they showed and explained it to me the different types of products them have, which helped me to make my mind what I really wanted to buy... great service... I pleaded with staff that I wanted to use klarna to pay so I can have a split bill but unfortunately there was no deal
All due amount was paid at once

But the whole experience was amazing staff had good customer service and that's why I bought more.

Please educate staff more on how to use klarna

The staff went through the trouble of getting me a perfume that will not give a sweaty, body smell once perfume stays for a long time. I had come to the shop a few days ago to try some perfume and I found one that kept smelling on me even during my showers 4 days or more after. I was so please by their service and atmosphere. The product I am referring to is Jimmy Choo Blossom 🌸.

My experience was lovely such an beautiful store full of beautiful perfumes and amazing welcoming staff yesterday the staff that helped me was ceri she was amazing she welcomed us and helped find me nice scents for winter and summer if anyone would love to get the best help in finding perfumes ceri is the one to ask! She was great help
